Breakfasts were lovely. Plenty of choice. Lovely cold milk for cereal. Fruit salad (fresh) all very nice. Location ideal, nice walk to town .Poole park on our door step.

We were concerned about parking space it wasn't an issue in the end.

Great staff, really nice and accomodating. delicious breakfast with good vegetarian and vegan options. Super cute room with our own bathroom. Very clean and a lot of attention paid to detail like cookies, bottles of water (refilled every night) and tea,coffee and hot chocolate.

Welcoming, clean and comfortable room, good breakfast, free parking, less than 5 minute walk to Poole Park, and about 20 minute walk to Poole Quay. Short drive to some beautiful beaches, and other attractions like Corfe Castle and the New Forest not far.

Lovely welcome by Caroline, comfy room, spotlessly clean with sanitising products available around the house and to top it off, a delicious, freshly cooked breakfast each morning. The location was great with a lovely 20 minute walk through the park to get to the town and Quay. The bus stop is just across the road for those that prefer not to walk. All in all, a perfect break and we will certainly be returning next year.

Everything. Room was very clean and spacious and the bed was very comfy. Caroline and Adrian are very friendly and look after you very well. Had nice chats with both. Stayed for 3 nights to watch the speedway at Poole stadium, also visited Bournemouth & Southbourne during my stay. Breakfast was very very yummy yum yum! Look forward to staying again.

Really good breakfast and welcoming.

Room & bathroom were small, but perfectly adequate and all clean and working. Decor was good but a little dated and dull with a lot of dark blue in the bedroom only.

Location chosen for the activities planned but a bonus was Poole Park on the doorstep, which was a pleasant surprise. Super breakfast, well organised for Covid protection.

Lovely room, bottled water replaced each day, comfortable bed. Wonderful hosts. Some great recommendations for restaurants. Good location close to Bus routes & in walking distance of Poole Park & restaurants.

The guest house was in a good location close to the beautiful Poole Park and not too far to walk to the town and harbour. Everything was spotlessly clean and special touches like tea and coffee facilities, fresh water and toiletries for the shower were plentiful and topped up as necessary. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. Breakfast times were staggered and the quality, quantity and presentation of food was just amazing. Thank you so much to our hosts for making our stay so enjoyable.

In our view, there was nothing not to like.

The guesthouse is absolutely spotless and felt very Covid safe. Our room was cosy, it felt like a home away from home. The owners are friendly and welcoming. Parking is a bit tight on the drive but they went out of their way to shuffle everyone around so we could all fit on (especially with our huge car!). We loved the added extras - DVDs available to watch in our room, and local guidebooks and maps to read at breakfast.

This is a very clean, beautifully decorated guesthouse, room very comfortable. Lots of little touches like a good variety of hot drinks available in the room and a bottle of water. Extras in bathroom in a basket. Dvds and books for guests to use. The breakfasts are very good and so fresh, cooked perfectly . Caroline is a perfect host.

The only downside is its close to a busy road and can be very noisy
