Shuttle bus but need to offer more places like the metro station not only malls and increasing frequency

Rooms were not the best. House keeping was not offered to us almost as they forgot our room existed. The bed was broken , the towels were dirty and when we asked for new towels , the new ones were also dirty. Although the hotel is in good shape and design but it's not well maintained at all .

Good price

Even though it is a hotel that belongs to an excellent chain, this hotel does not follow any standard. Housekeeping just doesn't bother themselves to clean the rooms. I stayed here 4 nights, one night they did a very quick clean, the other 3 nights they did not bother themselves to visit the room and clean it even though I put the sign to clean the room. Calling the staff to get me towels at least, they promised to send it to the room but I never got it.

The staff were not supporting specially the receptionist. I call them everyday to clean the apartment and no one shows up to clean. They’re not providing towels. They only smile to people from their country. I will never stay there again or in any rotana hotels. I will also cascade the complaint to higher management in Rotana chain because they don’t treat arab very well.

Rooms are nice! Services, reception, and room services are the worst!! They should win the medal of the worst hotel service for 2023!! Three days, they never came to clean the room! They did not even bother to check after hundered of complains!! Uncomfortable to deal with!! Not recommended at all!!

the hotel is nice and clean, very cool place for relaxation. The receptionist and all workers were very good, thanx to Mazlum, Kendal and Aysenem for the kindness and cherish, they made my stay for all those days to be so nice

they take 40 $ because i came late in checking out and the recaption staff are unfriendly
