A very high standard hotel. Excellent staff who take excellent care of the customer. Definitely one of my best hotel experiences.

La chambre très spacieuse et très propre la literie nickel. L’hôtel est bien situé et le personnel très serviable et très gentil.

La piscine très belle et très grande avec possibilité bar et snacking…le seul souci c’est qu’il y a une vingtaine de transats et 5 parasols pour un hôtel de plus de 200 chambres….donc si vous avez envie d’une journée chill au bord de la piscine mieux vaut s’y prendre tôt…

Außergewöhnlicher Service im Hotel. Extrem freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist der Wahnsinn. Es war mit Abstand das beste Buffet, was wir in Vietnam hatten. Die Zimmer sind riesig. Pool ist ebenfalls sehr toll. Wir waren zwei Nächte vor Ort und wären gern noch länger geblieben. Großes Lob besonders an den Zimmerservice. Uns wurde sogar unsere Kleidung gefaltet die im Zimmer lag …. Zusätzlich dazu wurde uns ein sehr guter Touranbieter vor Ort empfohlen um eine Fahrt zum schwimmenden Markt zu organisieren. Es war alles perfekt.

Great location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable.

Very professional and efficient staff, the rooms are elegantly furnished, spacious and quiet. The toiletries are top quality. The view towards the river is stunning. Best breakfast we had while in Vietnam, very peaceful atmosphere in the restaurant.

I wish we had stayed more than 1 night ….

The bar by the pool wasn't available in the evening, only the bar in the lobby was open.

the room is good enough and the bed were really comfy. Just a bit dusty on the cupboard and the mini bar there's only few drinks. We were upgraded into room with nice river and city view . Staffs are excellent , very helpful and hospitable. Restaurant staffs as well.We will definetly come back in the future.

the poolside bar was close.We were not able to order some drinks. the mini bar has no beers only water and few softdrinks. the breakfast was ok.

Very beautiful hotel, amazing city and river view, room clean and comfortable.

Restaurant is not well organized. They have healthy and good food, at a reasonable price for a 5-star hotel, but I cannot wait 30 minutes for a burger or a pizza (I had 2 lunches there). We asked for late checkout (at 2pm instead of 12pm) but the staff said us 1pm and it was not “happy”. Some flexibility would be appreciated when reasonable.

The softest towels and most amazing bathtub ever!!! Truly a 5 star experience. I’ve stayed in numerous 5 star hotels in VN and this one beats the rest. Best view and best value.
