Beautiful house with a wonderful location right on the beach.

Not a cheap option! Beaches are quite close by but you cannot swim directly from in front of the house.

the house is wonderful, the location super, in front of the sea, near Ses Covetes and Es Trenc, you can have a seafront breakfast or watch falling stars at night!

The house is in a stunning location with wonderful views directly onto the sea. The house is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable, relaxing and peaceful. The owners were so helpful and helped make our stay very enjoyable. Thank you Zita and Juan! There are two fabulous beaches within a few minutes walk and some excellent restaurants too. I would definitely recommend a stay in this lovely house.

The Beach House is a modern and stylish place located in a small and beautiful bay inbetween the magnificent beaches of Es Trenc and Sa Rapita. You can enjoy an wonderful ocean view from the Beach House terrace and listen to the waves coming in. A small supermarket is right opposite of the house for daily needs. Ses Covetes is a quiet and relaxing place with friendly people and access to beautiful beaches. Ideal for families. Bar Esperanza, a laid-back restaurant/bar with delicious food and drinks, is just a three-minute walk away. Zita and Juan are great and supportive hosts who made our stay a wonderful holiday experience.

The only thing I can say here is that we had one bad night with mosquitos (however, some electronic mosquito repellent device solved this issue...)

Well what can I say about the Beach House.... if you are after a lovely property in an amazing sea front location with a view to die for, then we would highly recommend it. The property is exactly as shown in the pictures and the hosts are on hand before, during and after your stay to ensure everything runs smoothly. The property fronts a small beach which was largely covered with seaweed whilst we were there, however this meant it was quiet and ideal to snorkel from as well as use the paddle board and sea canoes provided with the property. Es Trenc beach is amazing and about 5 minutes walk away. It is very busy and having a property so close with private parking was ideal. The sea is crystal clear and sand beautiful and golden, you could almost be in the Caribbean. The property is also ideally located for trips to Palma, where we took advantage of the Tren de Soller as well as a boat trip to Goat Island from nearby St Jordi. Would thoroughly recommend Ses Covetes and the Beach House if you want something a little different and off the beaten track. There are 6 or so restaurants and a Spa shop directly opposite the house so you can get pretty much everything you need. Our four children did not get bored and we could have stayed longer than the ten days we did. Perhaps I am not resigned to All Inclusive forever after all!!

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like, it was just perfect. Just as a suggestion a guide or pack listing recommended restaurants and their opening nights as well as any day trip suggestions with websites/ contact numbers would be useful. We only found about a snorkelling trip as happened to pop into a shop in St Jordi and the restaurant we wanted one night in Ses Covetes happened to be closed. Not a problem though as we are fairly self sufficient but it’s always useful having a couple of recommendations or suggestions from others, particularly in an area where you are not (thankfully) inundated with people trying to shove trips and restaurants down your throat.
