Mes collègues et moi apprécions beaucoup cet hôtel très bien situé, proche du centre-ville et des transports en commun.
De plus il est facile de se garer gratuitement à environ 500m sur le parking du stade lorsque le (petit) parking dédié est plein. Donc contrairement à d'autres hôtels sur Düsseldorf/Ratingen, il n'y a aucun stress à ce sujet lorsque nous rentrons assez tard le soir, ce qui pour nous est un critère essentiel de choix car nous venons toujours en voiture.
Petite erreur sur le type de chambre attribuée (grand lit double au lieu de deux lits simples) mais cette erreur ayant été immédiatement rectifiée par le réceptionniste, notre séjour s'est bien passé.

Tiefgaragen-Parkplatz war im Preis inbegriffen.
Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter.
Wir haben ohne Frühstück gebucht, da der Pauschal-Preis von EUR 15,00 pro Person und Tag (auch für Kinder 12 und 15 J.) zu hoch war.

Defekter Duschraum Wasser nicht abgelaufen Bad steht unter Wasser . Hygiene sieht anders aus!
Vor der Reise ein Zimmer Upgrade gebucht. Wurde nicht eingehalten! Aufpreis trotzdem kassiert.

We were in the last floor so under the rooftop the room was a bit small with half of the walls slopping.

The room was located on the main road next to a road junction/traffic lights. So very noisy.
Weather was very hot (34) and with no AC made it hot and necessary to have window open - but then more noise from the road.

Nothing good to like
One of the worst hotel i have been ever visited, very tiny rooms, you have to buy everything even water, the reception employees very uncooperative,tough, I asked them for early check in, they refused! I had to wait 4 hours outside in a very hot climate, despite of i was in flight trip for 10 hours

we booked for an early flight from DUS airport. excellent for that purpose. Grocery store across the street. Limited parking around the hotel.

I was only one person so the room was small but it's adequately enough for my single stay. Bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean and useful. The qty of charger point, laptop area and free Wifi is quite good. Close to city centre which is good for the one expecting a little sideview. Also, when you cross the street, you could find a cheap market which means you could reach anything you want easily.
There is no specific area to lay the luggage so only ground and it avoids stepping inside. They don't present slippery and similar small staffs for the ones which are mostly required by hand luggage business person.

Rooms clean e good breakfast. My room at the first floor was tiny, but the big shower compensated the lack of space in the room! the bed was comfortable and the room well insulated from the street’s noise. great connection to Düsseldorf Altstadt.
