THERE IS NO PARKING. We looked for an hotel with parking because we rented a car and in its description they say "public parking available" but it's a lie! The hotel is almost in the pedestrian area so that all parking is ft to charge but even if you're willing to pay his luck finding a free spot! The tenant speaks only portuguese but he was able to ask us for passports the moment we arrived, while we were literally climbing up the stairs with our baggage (after 15 minutes by foot from where we could park...) In our room there was no hook for the shower head so that taking a shower was really uncomfortable. The curtains inside the room moved to wind... with both windows and shutters closed. Meaning that the wind filters through gaps making a noise that prevented us from falling asleep. Finally, the last morning we find a coackroach the bathroom. Wouldn't recommend to anyone!

Nice, tidy, and very good value for money. We got delayed flying in, and the staff was very helpful in helping us out with all practicalities

The road is quite loud if you are sensitive. The light from the hallway illuminated one of the rooms we stayed in at night which was quite disturbing

Great place for our couple of days stay in Porta Delgada. It was spotlessly clean, had AC and we were impressed with the cunning washing lines for guest use. They made a triple room for our family, and kindly let us leave the luggage there after checkout on our last day while we made the most of our time in the town.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Ponta Delgada. The rooms are already great, but they improve all the time. Something we found out when we had extra electric sockets appear in the room by surprise. The hosts are also very friendly and can give you any tips you ask for. We especially loved all the restaurant tips we got.

The best location! The house is beautiful, if you like boutique hotels, this is the perfect one. Great communication with the owner.

If you don't want to climb stairs or have any physical problems, this is not the right place to stay. Also, they don't offer breakfast; if you need something, there is no front desk with permanent staff.

We only stayed for one night and had an early morning flight. I liked how it was organised.

Hostel perfectly located right in the centre of Ponta Delgada. No problem with early check-in. Perfectly clean. Kitchen available and a nice patio for breakfast or evening drink. Pleasant conversation with Carlos.

The room was arranged for our 5 beds in a rather emergency mode. No problem for 1 night, longer stay would be a bit awkward.

we had requested shuttle service to and from the hotel. to the airport we don’t think it is provided. the room is pretty tight. there is no refrigerator in the room.

our three-person room was spacious and comfortable. the shared patio is lovely area to sit and relax. the location is central, close to many bars and restaurants. the staff is very helpful and communicative.

Nothing! Everything was impeccable! One of the best hotel experiences ever.

We had a very warm welcome, even though we arrived late. The room was perfect for our family (it's often hard to find a room for a family of 5!) The room was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect.

Our room was at the front of the building and there was some noise from the street but that is to be expected with such a central location.
