We had a very enjoyable stay .. the room was very spacious, comfortable bed with nice linen & towels.. good shower and even a bath! The location was great just a little away from the hustle & bustle but still close enough… right on the beach perfect to watch the sun come up.. we were made to feel welcome from the first encounter .. thank you Nikkos for your wonderful Greek hospitality👏

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff is very friendlly and the owner is a really good person, always available to help or to give information. Besides the great service, the apartment was also very clean and the view is perfect. I would reccomend to stay at Olympia Mare and i would come back next time we visit Kos.

excellent location with nearly private beach with lounge chairs, comfortable rooms, excellent staff. expresso machine with expresso cups everyday. Towels for the beach provided. Not too far from the small town and shops, but a car or bicycles would be useful.

too much wind , and no way to avoid wind. The beach was a little difficult to access the sea and not so convenient to swim. Kitchen lacks place to store food. But staff provided one more table.

Fabulous spot, non-touristy which is what we wanted. Close enough to walk in to town but if preferred the bus stopped close by regularly. Private beach and very helpful owner. Would visit again in future.

Lovely small hotel. Perfect location for a quiet relaxing stay in busy Kardamaina. We loved the room, which was really big and overlooked the sea. We could take a few steps from our room (on the ground floor) to the beach across the perfectly manicured grounds. The beds are very comfortable with good quality crisp linen sheets and pillowcases and the shower was great too with plenty of hot water. The room was simple but had everything we needed and was kept spotlessly clean. We hired a scooter but sometimes walked into town for an evening meal and wander around the town; it takes about 20-30mins walk along the road next to the beach where you will find plenty of places to eat and some supermarkets, car and scooter hire shops. We had some excellent food at restaurants recommended by the owner. Nikos, the owner, is very welcoming and helpful with lots of information about the town and the island in general. We would definitely return to this hotel next time we are in Kos.

We really enjoyed our stay at Olympia Mare. Everything was perfect. The Apartments are right on the beach, the owner was really friendly and helpful, and the Apartment was thoroughly cleaned every day. The bed is comfortable, too. We were ariving early and received some beach towels and water so our holiday could start right away. We would come back anytime.

Location stunning, right on the beach, very clean and Nikkos the owner was extremely helpful, Short taxi ride into town and the perfect place to relax and unwind. I will certainly recommend these apartments to friends and family.

The road to town was poor, no pavements

A peaceful and unique gem right by the sea! Absolutely wonderful place to spend some relaxing days. Clean and comfy rooms, fantastic hosts.

Nikos and Monica are very friendly. The contest is very nice and the apartment is 50 meters from the sea. But don't forget the beach shoes.... The entry in the water is a little bit difficult due to pebbles on the seashore although there are some sand sacks on the bottom on the sea to help you enter it. The staff disinfected the sunbeds on the beach often every day. Our room was very comfortable for a family of 4 people and the mattress was better than the one I have at home. Surely thumb up.

Nothing. But I want to underline an issue. We suffered of one day lack of water, not only on Olympia Mare BUT on all Kardamaina area. The staff was absolutely present, they gave us some bottles of water to limit the problem.

If you need to disconnect and relax this is the place. The apartments are big, well equipped and your garden will be an amazing beach with sun beds under trees and no noise other than birds. The property is well maintained because the owner, Niko, is super careful and neat to keep the installations as they were new. He was also super kind and helped us to book transfers and gave us some lifts to the city as we couldn’t find a car available for rent. There is a bus to the center every hour aprox but would suggest to rent a car since it’s 30 min walking minimum and there is nothing around. There are taxis but super busy in high season and hard to get.

Beachfront, very quiet, quick WiFi, nice towels & soap products, fully equipped kitchen, large room. Nikos is a very good host, he puts a lot of attention to each detail and makes sure your stay runs very smooth.

A bit of walking to the village (20 mins), and no supermarket nearby, but buses stop by the hotel every hour, so it’s not a big issue.

Perfect tranquil place, amazing view, sea at your feet and all the comfort you need! We will be back for sure.

The location was the biggest seller to this property--right on the beach!! It was quiet and lovely! The staff -especially Nikkos was extremely knowledgable about the area, gave us suggestions for dinner and places to go and was always available to help.

Bring water shoes --the water near the beach is a bit rockier than I anticipated. Kids could definitely still swim, but they got cut up on a few of the rocks.

The host Nikos makes your stay so welcoming and a real home from home. The simplicity of the location and accommodation. In the hectic technological world we live in its good to step off the treadmill and into the oasis of Olympia Mare

The only thing I did not like was the having to leave and return home.

Usually I like to just review as „all great etc.“ But this was exceptional: nice and comfy room, next to the beach, close to the town, but distant enough to not being affected by city noises. All in all I would be glad to come back another time.
