Location is excellent and very Friendly staff ☺️

The only good thing we faced are the staff they are extremely friendly starting from the receptionist, the chefs, the guy who cleaned our room and the animation team

I had the worst experience at island view, the food there is terrible, cleanliness is also terrible, our beds were extremely uncomfortable. However the worst thing is the racism towards Egyptians. They actually have a separte conference room for egyptians and they don't let them check in with any foreigners, then when we checked out we asked the receptionist if we could have a drink in the bar he said sure you can go, the waiters there refused to serve us and claimed that the bar closes as 12:00pm for Egyptians. This was the worst experience ever This actually reflect how bad the management there.

Good location and professional staff

We chose the hotel because it is one of the best opportunity for snorkeling at the beach, also a smaller hotel to reach the beach and corals quickly. Also we were looking for a quiet hotel. The supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shops, The Soho is just right at the hotel. We had an outstanding room looking to the beach, pool, Tiran island. We loved to have a private garden with palm tree and flowers with sea view. I would choose this room next time again. It made us happy every day. They countinue to refurbish the elder furnitures in rooms and buildings. The service was great, nice and hard working staff. There are special restaurants with italian - or sea food which you can choose 2 times for free. We were really enjoyed the open-air restaurant opportunity. The weather was just perfect for that. Main restaurant' staff make our days special with special oriental meat dishes. I enjoyed watching how they prepair the food outside. It was a perfect idea having a live singer show at dinner time. It has many different animations like zumba, dance, darts, volleyball at the beach. They play music only during these times, so we could rest most times. Also have open-air shows at the Átrium. My favorite was the fire artists and the spinning man. All staff did the best to make our days outstanding during our vacation.

Good location. From one hand, Soho square is just beside the entrance. From other hand, the beach by the sea. Variety of meals. Spacious room. Helpful staff. Nice kids area.

Just could be more variety of tea (we have found only Lipton black tea at the restaurant). And we would like to get dry fruit for our son for the dessert, not only cakes.

Location was very good. Rooms have a lot of space. Enjoyed the food.
