The location and the pool
• the staff gave my room to another person and while i was in the room with my wife that person entered inside and i had to spend another 30 min to fix this problem, thank god i wasn’t naked
• the check-in is too late, around 16:00PM
• the parking is not private, i had to park near the road because everyone could park there even if they were not clients of the hotel, i pay here to have a spot where to park and i didn’t had one
• some of the sun beds are broken
• it feels like a communist hotel

The pool is small. Air conditioner in all hotel doesn't work properly. Late hour for check in.

Cleaning was poor, bathroom cleaning worse then in the room. Dishes not so clean…

Nice pool.
Worst check-in experience ever. 30min queue to check-in to a hotel. And the check-in is at 6pm. Only 3 coffee machines at breakfast. We, romanians like to take coffee for the entire family tree. Again, 10-15 mins queues for taking coffee at breakfast.

The most correct quality-price and beautiful hotel on the Romanian coast. You get a lot more than you pay. Seriousness, cleanliness 10/10, very friendly staff, huge and clean pool, entertainment for children, very large restaurant with an extraordinary chef. The food at the hotel restaurant is incredibly good and cheap and in addition while eating you are delighted by a formidable band that plays there ... Everything is amazing, above our expectations. We will definitely be back next summer!

If you’re looking to treat yourself, this high-end hotel will provide that extra something special to make your trip even more memorable. The best hotel I have ever dealt with. Very professional, experienced and helpful stuff. Highly recommend.
