Good: The villa comes as advertised. Beautiful, breath-taking, views of the ocean and nearby beach from panoramic windows. The private swimming pool was wonderful. Deep enough, and big enough. Most "private pools" are usually small plunge pools. Lighting in the villa was also done very well. I looked forward to nightfall, just so I could turn on the lights. Manfred, the owner/operator, was pretty good about responding to requests.

Bad: Many, many steep steps, many of which have no hand rail. Not the place for you, if you have any kind of mobility issues. Very isolated location. Nothing is within walking distance. Because of this, hard to get even regular taxis to come get you. Breakfast costs extra. Other small things that I did not like: No TVs in the bedrooms. No cable or satellite TV on the one TV there is. No patio furniture on the very large upstairs patio, In matter of fact, not a single chair anywhere on the second floor. Horrible water pressure in the showers. However, all the little things seems to melt away with a glass of wine, looking out over the beautiful views.
