I absolutely adore this place for its breathtaking views and incredibly friendly staff. It's the kind of place where you can easily lose track of time, completely captivated by its beauty. Once you arrive, you won't want to leave or engage in any other activities; all you'll want to do is soak in the sheer magnificence of this place.
The bathroom fittings were ill fitted and leaking. The swimming pool wasn't maintained well. Food could have been better.

I have booked two rooms with my family on 7th May 2023. We travelled a lot to reach there in the night in search of the property. But once we reached the management said they had given the rooms for some other group. I was really wondered how can them give the rooms that we have booked. And when asked about any other rooms or properties in their own or in other team they were giving bad advice. worst experience

The property faces an amazing and mesmerising view of the western ghats 😍 The food, the staff, the aura of the place is top notch. Visit this place if you want to just relax and do soak in the beauty. Would request folks visiting this place to avoid drinking and partying as this place is very close to the forest area and this resort is also a eco friendly place. Overall I would totally recommend this place 👍
limited amenities might be something which visitors might miss. However the place is so beautiful that you might not want those extras.

The natural beauty of the place is truly majestic. Getting up to the chirping sound of the birds and the vibrant lush greenery is a rare occurrence for city dwellers. The decor of the room is very thoughtfully crafted with unique eco-friendly items .The staff is very courteous and helpful. We had a great relaxing yet refreshing vacation.

The staff is really warm and welcoming. Also the food served here is to die for a special thanks to an Amazing chef. Beyond all this if you are visiting the property then get ready to be mesmerized by the view. There is a very good collection of books in the dining area.
The price of the property is a little on the higher side, from my understanding. Also the Bathrooms need to be more clean in Lilikoi rooms. Connectivity is an issue in some areas of this property as well.

Rooms named villas for three people were very small. Extra bed was too small and bad quality.

The views and the hospitality is excellent. The food was decent.
There were no ACs in the room. The water was a bit dirty.

In short, everything. My husband and I visited this property for a weekend getaway and absolutely fell in love with it.
1. The location and view is simply amazing. Waking up every morning to the expansive view of the Wayanad hills and birds chirping was therapeutic.
2. The food was exactly what I had hoped for - Kerala cuisine and so so tasty. For people who would like to have something else, they also have a Ala carte menu for snacks and dinner
3. The staff was so warm and attentive to every need of ours.
The only issue we faced was with the booking and prepayment process - The booking confirmation was not coming through to our email for some reason and it was a little bit of a hassle. If they can improve the booking and payment process, that would be just great.

Location was awesome .. The property is a 16 acre estate which you can roam around and find surprisingly good spots. Rooms were good with great view

a) if you like Hitler rules .this is the best place for you.
b) food is too costly.if you wan to get food from outside then gone case after 5 pm.even facility will not help on that.
c) staffs are living their on dream world and not customer friendly atmosphere.
d) rooms are costing 7k. Don't expect value from money from this resort and staffs
