Business hotel. Perfectly comfy, food was good but drinks were expensive. Close to the Begumpet Metro station
The Mustang bar was closed the whole time we were there. Quite noisy. Not enough fruit at breakfast.

Modernes Hotel, dass sowohl indische als auch internationale Gäste zufriedenstellt, was die Ausstattung, den Komfort und die Sauberkeit betrifft. Ganz besonders erwähnenswert ist neben den sehr bequemen Boxspringbetten das aussergewöhliche Frühstücksbuffet mit einem sehr breiten Angebot indischer/ südindischer Spezialitäten (Vada, Idli mit Sambar, Pongal, Upma, Parata etc.) alsauch kontinentaler Möglichkeiten wie Müsli oder Cerealien, Toast etc. Live- Counter für frische Eierspeisen und Dosa sowie für Kaffee- und Tee in unbegrenztem Maße.
Am Abend bietet das Hotel zwei Speisemöglichkeiten an. A la Carte kann wirklich exquisit im Restaurant gegessen werden, ausserdem gibt es ein ins Foyer geöffnet Restarurant das ein ansprechendes und sehr variables Abendbuffet inkl. frisch zubereiteter Vorspeisen anbietet. Es lohnt sich nicht, das Hotel in eines der umliegenden Restarurants zu verlassen und sich dafür in den abendlichen Verkehr zu stürzen. Das Greenpark Buffet war besser, zwar etwas teurer, aber für umgerechnet 10 Eur jeden Cent wert.
Uns war bei der Buchung nicht klar, dass es Raucher und Nichtraucherzimmer gab, so dass wir in einem Raucherzimmer landeten, was einen unangenehmen Geruch hatte. Ein Wechsel in ein Nichtraucherzimmer war kein Problem.

Room alloted was not good ..telephone service was not working ..not sure hotel did not know that how can customer stay connected with service ...after long delay they did upgrade me in higher category room ...staff , food , location etc excellent

Reasonably clean.
Total disregard for the comfort the guests staying at the hotel. Heavy loud music being played in the lawn for some wedding party. The rashness of sound is painful, leave alone being able to rest in the room.
If you need to host weddings and make money, please go ahead and convert the property into a wedding hall. Why torture guests who are looking for a peaceful stay?

The stay at green park was good and I always prefer to stay in green park whenever I visit Hyderabad. The comfortable rooms, location and accessibility to major things in city is plus.
The only disappointment this time is that my friends visited me on one of the days during my stay and I asked for some extra plates, the staff were rude saying that they don't provide extra plates. This tone and staff behavior I never faced previously.

very poor air conditioning and very poor response from the staff. They really do know what they are talking. in the centralised AC atmosphere, temp is continuously around 26/27 and they don’t have any clue how to the temp down to 22/23 degrees

Having booked for 27 nights, I can honestly describe Hotel Green Park , Hyderabad in just one word-IMPECCABLE. An amazing experience in every Department by any stretch of human imagination.
You are literally treated like Royalty by every member of staff, from the front doorman (I forget his name-tall guy) to the room cleaner (Trinath) to the restaurant waiter (Mounika) to the Restaurant Manager (Jagadeesh) to the Front Office Manager (Uday Kumar), to name a few.
Culinary delights (breakfast/lunch/dinner) are a treat for even the most discerning palates. The hearty breakfast buffet spread is simply irresistible and not to forget the Midnight Biryani (exclusive to Green Park).
Did I forget Location-Central to everything. Walk to Banks/Shops/Metro. You can get a cab 24/7.
Green Park Hyderabad 'double' ticks all the boxes-Reception/Service/Cleanliness/Ambience/Location/Food.
Now Green Park is my permanent "adda" whenever I visit Hyderabad.
PS: It is the little gestures that win hearts (all else being equal) and this was amply demonstrated by Management. My wife was given a Card and a Coffee Mug for Mother's Day. A late check out from 12 noon to 6PM etc etc etc.
