Wij verbleven alleen een nacht op weg terug vanuit het Zuiden naar San Jose. Het was een aangenaam verblijf, mooie, schone kamer met een goed bed en fijne badkamer. De eigenaresse is erg vriendelijk en serveerde een goed ontbijt.
Vanuit het hotel heb je een fantastische view. Mooie omgeving, ook om te wandelen.

It’s located near Ojochal, surrounded by nature, beaches, and excellent places to eat. It’s not in the middle of town, but slightly up the mountains, which gives it a great view of the ocean. The staff was amazing, really attentive and willing to help improve my stay. Breakfast was really great. Good AC in room, and the room was well equipped.

Excellent view, great breakfast, and super friendly staff. Dave and Rebecca were very gracious my entire stay and were very helpful for suggestions of things to do in the area. Will be back for sure!!
A bit of a steep uphill drive to get up to the hotel, but that's true for any place with such an excellent view :)

Dave and Magdalena were lovely and attentive. The breakfast was good and the view is gorgeous. There were apps on the TV to watch in Wnglish which was very much appreciated!
The only thing was that there are no restaurants within walking distance. However, there was a delivery service available.

The view is Amazing, very big room, amazing breakfast. Rebecca the owner is very nice and she prepared for us already the breakfast at 6 in the morning. The neighborhood is very green and beautiful with a lot of nice restaurants. In the room there is book with a list of restaurnts and things to do in Ojochal.

A lovely, comfy and quiet place with a beautiful view, spacey room and bathroom, homemade breakfast, a little pool and a quite intimate atmosphere with only a few rooms and most amiable hosts.
We had a great time here, missed nothing.
The place ist within 5-15 min driving distance to a few really good restaurants and 20 min from the nearest beach. So you definitely need a car if you choose to stay here. And you shouldn't bei afraid of dogs, as they have 4 (really friendly ones) of them.

We loved all ! Dave was great in all aspects. He's advice on places to visit was awesome. Breakfast was fresh and tasty every morning. Room was clean and very well maintained so is the pool and the garden. Well recommend it for sure

Location. For people looking to disconnect from everything, it's a great option.
The view is amazing and you can enjoy daily sunsets.
Room was spacious and breakfasts were delicious too.
Staff was kind and friendly and made me feel at home.
Definitely a place to visit again.

The location was atop a mountain with wonderful views of the lush hills and the Pacific. The facilities were modern and in excellent condition and better than most US hotels. The hosts Dave and Magda were warm and welcoming, as well as being founts of knowledge about the area. The daily breakfast was also excellent and the nearby restaurants are some of the best in Costa Rica.

Friendly staff and guests. Breakfast provided was excellent. Wendy and Eric were always helpful for any needs. Everyone seemed comfortable with the atmosphere at Vista Villas.

Very quiet relaxing place with a stunning view. Very spacious modern room, spacious bathroom.
Not at all a dislike (rather a like for us ;), but maybe to mention that a 4x4 car is advisable going up. That’s why u will have such a stunning view :)

Wonderful place up on the hill with a great view. Clean and comfortable, and great caretakers who dish up unique breakfasts. Highly recommended.

Magnificent view and rooms were both comfortable and immaculately clean. We really appreciated the early coffee service followed by a great Costa Rica breakfast. Our hosts Wendy and Eric were the best ambassadors imaginable. We’ll definitely be back.

Wendy and Eric are excellent hosts. Fantastic views of the Pacific. Wendy and Eric know the area very well and can definitely help in plan any excursions. Also, the breakfast on the upper deck is delicious.

The accommodation was very nice and the place was wonderful with the great view. The breakfast was delicious!! The staff (guy from Canada) was very likeable :-). I highly recommend this accommodation and I would be more then happy to spend here more days.

Exceptional location, perched on a mountainside with impossibly beautiful views of the Pacific. Sunset from the terrace just outside my room was to die for. Excellent restaurants in the Ojochal area.
