Our host Pradeep was extremely kind and communicative. He really cared about us and checked we were happy with everything, also helping us to organise a taxi and a backwaters kayak tour, taking us to the bus stop himself. The highlight of the homestay was the incredible, plentiful Keralan food cooked by Pradeep’s mother-in-law, we couldn’t get enough of it. The home has a pretty garden and is also under 2 minutes walk to beautiful Marari beach. All this for extremely good value, thanks so much!

No negatives! Just bring bug spray as there are lots of insects.

Pradeep and his family were very kind hosts. We enjoyed very much the garden, the sound of the many birds and the sea. Pradeep' mum provided us every day with and excellent breakfast and very tasteful dinner. It's a one minute walk from the sea. We felt safe and very welcome. We can very much recommend this homestay,

The villa is surrounded by lush greenery and gives very rustic and homely feeling. Best spot to enjoy a beach vacation with family. Away from hustle and bustle. Must visit place for every family

Pradeep and his hospitality is unmatched,a guide, a host, a travel buddy, a house chef, and at times a house help, add to that you get his auto ( actually a four wheeler Tuktuk if I may :) at your disposal. Pradeep arranged for our shikara ride, ayurvedic massage experience, took us around in his vehicle - of course there is a fair rent Associated for all of these. For a home stay its a great place, you should arrange or discuss with him for food arrangement in advance specially if you are going with KiDS because its not a commercial area. About food - Appam made by amma, veg curry and then just perfect egg curry for dinner made our stay special. PS: Open shower in the garden is a delight. You dont see beach from room but its at a Stone throw distance. If you are not fussy for a hotel like experience, place is worth booking for a simple cosy stay as a couple/friends n family.

a minute walk to beach from the room. we can go to beach anytime. Marari beach is clean and less crowded than Alleppey beach. home made food prepared by Pradeep’s mother was delicious. They are very kind and caring. Highly recommended to stay here.

it is away from Alleppey city center. so it would be better if you we have own vehicle to roam around the Alleppey.

Nadiya is a very quiet property and is very near to beach. The hospitality of Pradeep was excellent very helpful and the home food cooked by his mother was super tasty. Enjoyed our stay at Nadiya.

Best home stay one can get at Marari beach. ⛱️🏖️ The host Mr Pradeep is a dream host. The property is at 2 min walk from marari beach. Sea is visible from the courtyard. Have a small garden where you can have fun and photography. The Beachfront is almost private and you can spend quality time there. Food is one of the problems on a trip but here I got homely food, tea, coffee, snacks at minimum cost. I will highly recommend this homestay.

Pradeep and his family were extremely friendly and hospitable and made us feel comfortable quickly. They cooked good dinner veg kerala style for us and setup a beach umbrella for us everyday. The room is functional with a good size and cooling AC. The beach is approx 100 m walk. Best for an uncomplicated simple beach holiday with friendly local family homestay flavour.

Not exactly negative, but good to know: The house is amidst the quiet beach village away from the main roads and is not accessible by car and hard to find if you are visiting the first time. Best call the owner before hand and arrange a meeting point. Luggage will be carried.

The owner of the home stay took very well care, vegetarian food was delicious. It has a small garden and is only a few meters away from the beach. It nice to chill and rest for a few days.

Extremely considerate host, ready to accede to almost any possible request. Excellent home cooked food. We did not feel the need to go outside for meals. We enjoyed appam and egg curry for breakfast. Karimeen (Pearl Spot Fish) Fry and Chicken Masala were delicious additions to the vegetarian Kerala style meal spread. The facility has only 2 rooms - excellent for 4 friends or 2 small families. Decorative lights in the evening, hammock, and regular service of beverages and snacks, while chilling out on the verandah was much appreciated by our group.

Good location, excellent host, awesome food, clean room, nice set up, overall memorable stay, would like to revisit in future for long stay.

Path from main road to the property is slightly difficult for car, but manageable.

Location of property is very near the Marari Beach. The food was very tasty & also quantity is good. Everything was available as expected in a Homestay.

There is no motorable road till the property. You have to get down @ 50m from the car and walk down. The owner Mr Pradeep was helpful in carrying the bags.

Beach is very near by only 50 mtrs Clean and spacious room and bathroom Host pradeep is very much friendly and did a great job .he was there for any help.really worth stay I had .really enjoyed with my cousins and really want to go again.food provided from nadiya was very much tasty.
