The location is very close to the skilifts of Pas de la Casa, the apartment is well equipped

The wifi connection wasn‘t very stable, the sofasleeper was broken and couldn‘t be closed to use it as a sofa, the kids bunk bed was only separated from the main room with a curtain and the warm water depends on a water tank and once it‘s used up, one has to wait for a while until it refills and warm water is available again. The walls to the adjacent apartments are very thin, so if you have noisy neighbors, it‘s very loud. Long line at the checkin process in order to receive keys and instructions. It is impossible to park in Pas de la casa and very annoying to do so (9,50€ in coins needed every day to park in the street)

Clean, tidy, all the appliances u need, toaster microwave, even a coffee brewer! Really nice place

Everything in the kitchen was dirty, beds uncomfortable, had to clean before leaving. Where to start... You can hear the neighbours upstairs and there’s constantly moving furniture for some reason late into the night. It’s very loud and impossible to sleep through without ear plugs. You can also hear people’s conversations through the walls. There is no place to store your ski gear so you have to carry it up the stairs and through your apartment to the balcony making the floor wet as you go. The room itself is pretty rundown. In a double room you get a bunk bed, which is very hard, and a sofa bed that is unusable for sleeping. The hot water doesn’t last long enough to fill up the bathtub. There’s no space to put any of your stuff like helmets and bags. Everything had to go on the floor basically. You would definitely not get more than two people into a room for 3-4 as there’s just not enough space to put your things. There was a constant cold wind coming in under the door from the balcony making it very cold, especially during the night. We managed to prevent this by placing our skibags in front of the door but we could then not access the balcony very easily and stored our ski gear in the bathroom instead. You have to make your beds yourself and clean the apartment spotless before leaving or they charge you a cleaning fine. This was not mentioned anywhere on the site during booking (I’ve checked afterwards online but no mention of it) and was told to us when we arrived, which was quite frustrating since we had to leave quite early and didn’t want to vacuum and mop at 6am. There’s no furniture on the balcony so you can’t really use it. Tv is very small and far away from the couch with bad sound. The area wifi does not work at all. No shower holder so have to hand held shower Everything in the kitchen was very poorly cleaned and felt oily. We had to clean everything before using We would definitely not stay here again and would not recommend.

The staff at the rental agency provides you with a small but extremely practical cleaning kit , which if your stay is only for few days is sufficient and saves you buying any cleaning products.
