Once again El Encanto delivered exceptional service and attention to detail. My 3rd and last stay while in Puebla and Mayra, Alex and Gabi took the time to personally come and sat good bye with a sweet surprise ! The tiramisu was delicious! Thank you guys !

Encanto This is my second stay at El Encanto, my first review was in Spanish, I decided to write this second review in English for all international travelers thinking of coming to Puebla to consider staying at El Encanto. Puebla is a gorgeous city with lots of beautiful old buildings converted into boutique style hotels and inns, I have stayed in many of them, they all offer a variety amenities and facilities, but what sets El Encanto apart is the level of service I experienced, it’s unparalleled! The staff is friendly, attentive, professional and warmth, Special kudos to Mayra front desk manager, Alex front desk assistant and never forget Gaby in house keeping, thank you guys for another great stay where I felt with family. Don’t forget to check out their sky bar, it offers a great atmosphere best views! Cheers Mario

The staff, location, price, the architecture. Pretty much everything.

Pretty pleased with my experience overall.

Very friendly staff. The place is really nice and location is excellent.

A few missing details like no soap bar for hand washing. Trash can was missing a plastic bag. Parking lot is not at the premises and even if there is one that works with the hotel, is only from 8pm yo 8am.

Pleasant staff. Nice terrace.

Pretty noisy at times. Lights not good for reading.
