El hotel está bien ubicado, muy cerca del centro. Lamentablemente las personas a cargo del servicio son tan poco amables que, desde el momento de la entrada, la experiencia empieza gris. La habitación es muy sencilla. Pequeña. Sin embargo, se agradece que todo esté limpio.

Very clean, air conditioning huge plus, quiet. Day staff was amazing answered all my questions.

No elevator and had some trouble with the overly heated water. Night staff was a bit rude but nothing to crazy, could practice on greeting people and smile once in a while.

The bed and room were clean & comfortable. There was always a receptionist at the front desk so you could enter and leave whenever you please. The noise from outside does not penetrate within the rooms.

The corridors are quite echoing, so whenever a door closes it’s quite a bang. Some carpets might mitigate the echoing.

nothing on their description disclosed that they did not have an elevator. I have an elderly mother that struggles with stairs. had I known this I would have booked here. Also, there were thousands of mosquitoes both in the lobby and worse going up the stairs. I would not stay here again.

Great location, close to everything and the small little restaurant downstairs has good service and delicious cafe de la olla

very outdated, not clean, terrible odor in the bathroom, bathroom was full of mold everywhere and the lobby was full of mosquitoes which is to be expected in Mexico but they don’t treat or do anything about it. first night we saw someone killing mosquitoes but then they were left on the floor for days. No one would clean it. Going upstairs is a challenge because you’re faced by a cloud of mosquitoes.
