Great location, good communication from host. Guards were awesome. Room was clean and well presented.

No cellphone access in basement rooms. Not a big deal as I just used wifi.

Location is great! It is just a few minutes walk to session road (you can pass by the Baguio cathedral to light a candle first and use the stairs going down, next thing you know, you are already in Session Road!). There is also a FamilyMart on the ground floor (however, they close at 10:45PM). The host is very accommodating and very nice.

No view and no telcom signal inside the unit since it is on a basement level. Not the host's fault though because I was already aware of it upon booking the place and she even informed us upon checking in. The wifi makes up for it anyway. :)

The unit is fully furnished and that there are store just around the vicinity where you can buy food and other necessities.

Unit is at the basement so there is no signal for any telco provider. Good thing the unit hAs a strong wifi connection.

it is accessible to tourist spot. Its near in SM, and other nearby pasyalan. You can also walk along session road to eat and savor the night life, drop by at night market to check ukays, walk around in burnham park, and some great places to check nearby.

The property is amazing when it comes to being accessible to nearby pasyalan. However, because I was located on the basement part, I can’t use my phone to make/receive calls and messages. The internet connection is fair. Good thing, they have it!

I like everything.

The place is nice, clean and comfortable to stay.

No phone signal. There’s a strong smell that coming from the bathroom or maybe from the room.
