Breakfast Room was well laid out, bright and very clean.
Lovely scent aroma around the whole of the hotel, very nice.
Nice little gestures, such as Snacks which you could buy within the hotel and various small drinks.
Easter egg was given on Easter Sunday which I thought was lovely.
Hospitality given by Karen & Mark created a warm and welcoming environment for us and all other guests.
Breakfast was absolutely perfect.

My room was clean, warm and very comfy. One day I had a "basket breakfast" as I was leaving very early, the other day I had a proper breakfast in a B&B restaurant. Both were tasty and big enough. Stuff is very kind and helpful. Location perfect if you want to see a seaside and have a trip!

Only one word to describe our stay at The Langtons, and that is FABULOUS. Beautiful comfortable room with all facilities provided. Breakfast was outstanding,with a full range on offer. Our hosts Karen and Mark were most welcoming and helpful. I would recommend this b&b above most of the 4 and 5 star hotels in Eastbourne. Will certainly book again.

Comfortable room and bed,excellent shower.Well cooked breakfast. Good situation off of the seafront and just a short walk into the town centre.Nice extras-cold air fan,fan heater and 'honesty' bar. Amenable hosts.

absolutely amazing. we have stayed before ad will definitely return. Fantastic hosts who certainly made us welcome. Breakfast amazing and very tasty produce. The bed were so comfy and the Roos cleaned and tidied daily.

Great beach location. Lovely breakfast. Beautifully decorated room with comfortable bed and quilt. The room has everything you could need for a stay plus all the extras. Karen & Mark are fantastic hosts and more than happy to help with anything you might need during your stay.

The accommodation was extremely comfortable, with a lovely view overlooking a green and the sea
didn't bother us, but room as very top of building. This however made the outlook so much better
