I have been staying there for the past 30years and it was a different atmosphere when it was run by the family, now there are fewer staff and the bar is only open sometimes, no hairdryer in the rooms, no welcome pisco sour etc etc

The staff went out of their way to help me . Great hospitality.

The personal, from the reception up to the kitchen lady , they are all very courteous, friendly and helpful though some things were not given/rendered as expected. The porter was very helpful and offered us to carry our bags up to our room. The kitchen lady was the best she cooked hot water and gave us to our door the peruvian mentality at its best. The reception people they helped a lot and advised us where to go even calling our tour operators and the taxi . You can see how they love their work and how wholeheartedly they want to do everything to please their clients. The room was good enough for two. Good aircon. The breakfast is quite ok.

Oh da hab ich viel zu erzählen. The first time we came... i went to the WC and while am sitting on the WC and looking for a toilet paper theres nowhere to be found its good my room mate forgot her tissue at the WC. Theres no hair dryer though its stated on the booking. Maybe someone forgot while preparing the room but i always remind the Hotel before i arrive the time and date of arrival and we arrived late in the evening. At this time the rooms should be prepared and controlled for the next client. Thats a poor organisation. I asked for an Invoice everytime i render the payment for my bookings and one has to tell me to look on my Email and i said ok... i waited a day. Still no Email so i asked the second time for my invoice and the same response that pissed me off when i pay i need the invoice automatically its a normal business transaction. Then the other receptionist came for her shift and this time she did understand why and how... I got my invoice. Why the complications? The personal even though nice and friendly cant communicate in english i can only respond in broken spanish. This handy language translator is not enough. Language is a very big problem. A three star Hotel am quite disappointed. I asked the Hotel online for these discussions one ... two... three times no response thats very seldom i encounter such irregularities so i directly complained to booking.com. Please improve your Hotel communication system ... the personal should be schooled at least to communicate with their english speaking clients, when the clients have questions please do respond asap. Thats where the problems starts. If not for your personals i have given you the " 1 " "extreme schlect " review and for the long years i' ve been dealing with booking.com thats the lowest and the poorest review i have ever given. Am sorry for the personal though you are excellent, the system is poor.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. I was able to ask them for local recommendations and they provided well and beyond. The hotel is simple and is just what you need if you plan on staying mostly for rest. Location is great with easily walkable locations nearby.

My first room did not have the best wifi access, but when I moved to a new room with no problem, I was able to get very good wifi strength. Everything was great though, no complaints.

Nicest, most helpful staff I've ever had. Super kind and smart.
