The smooth check-in and check out. The friendly helpful staff both night and day shift. The Dining hall next to the Lobby, with Muslim-friendly utensils and microwave oven. Nearby amenities, facilities and the Bus Terminal. Ample Parking lots but need to pay except weekends. Aircond, Ceiling fan, TV and water heater working fine. Good for transit.

No Lift and stairs rather high. A bad odour from the toilet. Only one hanger. Room rather small but as expected of a boutique hotel. No Tissue and no Toiletries. Towels although clean are quite soiled. The pictures of the hotel are not up to date as such not as "new" as in the pictures.

It was simple and clean.

Except shampoo dispenser there was nothing else for the guest.

Clean.. Lift Park.. Great Facilities.. Will Come Again..

Need some upgrades and maintenance.

The location is near to food court and many restaurants nearby.

1. The room has a very tight space to perform my prayer. 2. At 9.30 pm, the hotel staff still doing carpentry work in the room and it was very loud. I have to scold them to stop. 3. No reserve parkings for guests.

The price... Only that

Room was not clean... Had cobwebs... Ants and cockroach were seen visibly... Strands of hair on the sheet and toilet... Despite me being politely honest to them, they did not make any efforts to rectify it.... The price was cheap and I need a place to bunk but would recommend it...
