Pros - big comfortable room, well maintained hotel, very good buffet breakfast, location near the beach.

It can be very hard to get a sunbed.

I like the room that was finally setteled after an upgrade. The pool is also great. Breakfast is okay with plenty of vareity. Location is also nice, especially if you want to go to Nusa Penida.

On the first day we arrived, the room we get was at the very end of the hotel, that is like 100m away. We then noticed that the room air conditioner is not cool enough. The staff has offered us to exchange room but we decided to upgrade to be on the ground level and in front of the pool. Still, it's about 100m away, but at least the view is the garden and pool. We also stumble with another problem like the bathtub valve stuck open. Again, the staffs are very responsive and helpful. The hotel facility is old, it feels like I am in the late 80s. They are renovating some area too.

Very comfortable room with all facilities we wanted. Pool was gorgeous and never crowded. Food was delicious with good variety available. Staff were very friendly and professional. Service was excellent

Waren nur eine Nacht da, nach dem Einchecken hat die Zmmerkarte nicht funktioniert sowie für das Wifi mussten wir wieder an die Rezeption - waren falsche Logindaten hinterlegt. Im Zimmer das Nötigste - mehr nicht. Für eine Übernachtung OK - Preis mit Frühstück (Buffet) - OK.

Technisch und Sanitäreinrichtungen in schlechtem/alten Zustand, Internet sehr langsam (wenn verfügbar!) - nach paar Minuten fliegt man aus dem WLAN.

Het was groot en het ontbijt was erg lekker. Je kon er sporten, zwemmen en er was live muziek.

Het enige minpuntje is dat ik een muis uit de keuken heb zien lopen..

Location a short walk from main beach. The pool access rooms were pleasant to be able to sit outside in nice setting. Lovely gardens, dining options and food was great.

The mattress was uncomfortable as lacked pillow top or enough padding so every spring was felt.

shower did not drain and after we called reception no one attended to the problem after we waited for 30 mins before we had to sleep.

we had a very good stay, the room was very big, bed comfortable and space for our things. the hotel is very well organised and it has a good spa

we couldn’t manage to increase the temperature in the room that was pretty cold. also the gardeners were cutting the grass at 7.30am which we thought was quite early.
