L'appartamento è ampio e molto confortevole ed accogliente. Tenuto in ordine e pulito. Salottino con comodo divano e televisione, zona pranzo separata con tavolo comodo ed ampio. Cucina piccola ma funzionale, nessun problema se si vuole cucinare. In dotazione c'è tutto quello che serve anche per un soggiorno di piu' giorni. Semplici le procedure di check-in e check-out. Il piccolo terrazzino privato è sicuramente un valore aggiunto. E' su una strada tranquilla e poco rumorosa. Nel quartiere ci sono molti negozi, in particolare di alimentari dove acquistare prodotti del territorio, e numerosi bar. E' un pò distante dal centro storico ( circa 40 minuti a piedi ), ma nel raggio di 300 metri ci sono una fermata della metropolitana e una fermata dei taxi.

Il letto matrimoniale è un pò piccolo (alla francese). Suggerisco di aumentare la disponibilità di canali televisivi.

No air con Twin beds are in the lounge. It only has one separate bedroom. More suited for family with 2 kids

Fijne wijk, appartement is leuk ingericht en van veel gemakken voorzien. Het ligt in een redelijk rustige straat en 10 min. Lopen van de metro. Er zijn veel winkels in de buurt en leuke restaurantjes. Sagrada Familia, Parc Quell, Hospital de Sant Pau en casa Vicens zijn allen ook lopend goed te bereiken.

Het is soms wat gehorig.

Great location in Gracia easy to get to all the sights; and great to walk out to lots of local bars and restaurants in lively Gracia area in evening. Apartment is v nice and wet loved the terrace in the evening

walls are a bit thin, so a bit noisy at night. I’m used to quiet though, so that may be more about my sensitivity to noise than anything else!

Brilliant location, numerous restaurants and bars just around the corner. Wonderful food and great prices. Walking distance to the amazing Basilica La Sagrada Familia which must be on anyone's bucket list.

Can't fault this place, everything was up to expectation, the host's family met us and they are charming, friendly and helpful. The host responded quickly to any enquiries. This is an amazing city to visit.

We were three adults travelling to shortly visit Barcelona during Christmas holidays. The apartment is nearby the metro station, and walk distance away from both Sagrada Familia and Parc Güell. The quarter is full of small restaurants, shops and bars while the street itself is quite calm. We found the apartment very cozy and stylish, tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed very much our stay in Barcelona and this is definitely an address to keep in mind.
