Room was perfect, Location near to haram and cleanness was admirable

This is the second time they done this it's says on booking it includes taxes but really and truly they add there own taxes so you basically pay taxes twice which is basically cheating unless they don't know they should exclude taxes and then pay the taxes at the property

في الناحيه الغربيه الجنوبيه مقابل للتوسعه العنوان سهل الوصول له نظيف المصاعد سريعه فيه عزل للاصوات الغرفه فيها غلايه وثلاجه وصابون وتلفزيون خدمه الغرف ممتازه خذو معكم مظلات خاصه ف صلاه الظهر والعصر لان مسافة التوسعه من الناحيه الغربيه طويله

مواقف السيارات قليله جدا وطوليه صعب الوقوف فيها للسيارات الكبيره

Only location was close. 0.5 rating for this. I didnt have to run to find breakfast (even if horrid) so another 0.5 rating for this.

It is a horrible run down hotel. We booked two connected rooms (3 in each) for a lot of money (600 USD for 3 nights total) with breakfast and I regret not booking ither hotels with great reviews for a few more 100 dollars. My first choice was to stay close to Masjid Al-nabawi, just a straight walk from Gate 2. First impression Cleanliness: Not clean at all- there are spots everywhere of coffee mugs stains on furnitures, colored stains on the wall in washroom and bedroom, toothpaste stains on wall all around sink, mold and stain in sink in corners where no one bothered scrubbing. Shower drain always had a horrible odor emanating of rotten stuff and oh all shower doors are missing- So water will be overflowing in the entire washroom including the toilet area and sink- plus no bathroom fans to turn on! Carpets were old and stained, and every single furniture looked like it was a hand me down edition from another hotel (doesnt fit the space) with spots & scratches (in room dust bin looked like someone just picked up a trash can from the road). Only thing clean was- bed sheets, pillows and duvet. Service: There was only 2 towel in the washroom for 3 people in each room, so called reception 10 times and no one picked up- found someone who speaks same language so they brought in towels and left them in the corridor sofa of the hotel hallway. Ran out of toilet paper on last day so called reception again for 10times atleast, figured couldnt bother anymore so borrowed some from the roll in second room. The safe in one room was super old rusty and broken. Breakfast choice was not optimal or good at all- No milk or cereal. Butter was replaced with margarine and jam with the most cheapest version available in arabia. No juice (but a drink made from powdered stuff probably like kool aid).

I was pleased with my stay. The hotel is clean, which is always a top priority for me. Its proximity to Haram is very convenient, making it easy to get there quickly. The lift operates smoothly, which adds to the overall comfort. The room itself was decent and met my expectations.

my experience was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, the receptionist was very rude and didn't allocate the room according to my booking. Instead of the room I reserved, I was given a room with only two single beds. The receptionist also handed me a document to sign without allowing me to read it first, which felt very unprofessional. When I finally got to the room, it wasn't even ready. My family and I had to wait outside while it was being cleaned. A helpful Bangladeshi staff member informed me that the room had two single beds, which made me realize that the mistake might have been intentional. I had to leave my family on the 5th floor and go back to the reception, where I waited for 30 minutes before they finally gave us a room on the 10th floor. This experience was incredibly frustrating, and the service at this hotel did not meet my expectations.
