A very nice condo in a good location. It was very comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The Quarter is just a short walk away, as are numerous restaurants. And having the trolley close by makes longer trips out to City Park or the Garden District doable.
I especially appreciated the excellent communication with Eric and his flexibility with check-in and check-out times as we had some flight changes.
If we come back to New Orleans, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

The property and location were as described in the listing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit is very close to everything and you can easily walk to restaurants, shops and venues. You can also catch a streetcar right out front. Eric was great with any necessary communication and very responsive! We had a great time!

My husband and I recently visited New Orleans for the first time, booking this apartment for our week stay. The space was lovely, appointed with everything we needed for comfortable downtime. Eric was fantastic to work with; lightening fast communication and promptly forthcoming with all the info we needed for smooth check in/out. Very accommodating also, for late checkout when I realized the down~time between our flights. The location was good, close to everything we needed and to the RTA which we utilized all week (trolley/bus). The only downside at all has nothing to do with this owner and that is, the CBD can get a little rough looking with trash on sidewalks and some homeless camping at night. I think that could be said for Quarter also, or any part of the City perhaps. Trolley can get a little loud but the apartment is so cute and cozy, we didn’t mind one bit. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to rent from Eric again!!! Such a nice option over tiny hotel rooms booking for higher rates. Well done with this rental offering!!!

Loved this vrbo!! Truly a great find..hubby was in love with showers water pressure !! Great location and place..did we hear a little noise yes..nothing major..and added to the New Orleans experience. Would stay again.. and the property manager keep in great contact making sure all well

Wonderful accommodations. Very convenient to the French Quarter. Easy access and convenient parking available. We had a great visit including a swamp boat tour and an afternoon exploring City Park.

Our long weekend stay at Eric's property was just great. Great experience with logistics and communicating with the owner. His unit is very clean and well laid out for a couple. The location is convenient to the Quarter, grabbing trolley rides along Canal Street up to restaurants and NOMA, walking to the Warehouse district, etc. The trolley going by regularly is fairly loud, but can barely be heard from the bedroom, which is away from the street, so it was a nonissue. We highly recommend Eric's place for anyone wanting to visit NOLA.

Echoing much of what has been said by others… Great location, super cute condo, easy check in process, and an easy to contact host. It is quite noisy outside in this location, but that’s just the nature of the neighborhood - noisy and close to everything.

very good place, but one small drawback. if you're going to stay any length of time and plan to do much cooking, cooking utensils are a little sparse and could use several additions. otherwise, no complaints.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment had everything we needed and was centrally located to conference center for work as well as bars and restaurants for fun. Would definitely book there again.

It was great place to stay at ..right in the area of everything, you can walk everywhere. The condo was very nice and clean. The host was very nice too. Always able to get in touch with if we had any questions or concerns. We would definitely stay there again..we are thinking about booking there again for next year

Recently stayed for a week here. My wife and I were extremely happy with our experience. Nice amenities and a clean, well kept space.
The only negative we experienced was the noise from passing streetcars. We found it to be much louder than "faint sound" mentioned in the listing. That said, we did completely acclimate to the sound after a couple of nights. After that, we were then actually began to enjoy the fact that it was kind of charming to have a streetcar passing by outside.
Ultimately, the quality, cost and location of this unit are hard to beat. We will gladly stay here again on our next trip to NOLA. Big thanks to Eric for his responsiveness to my questions and for offering such a terrific property.

This property is just as described and great location! Parking arranged by owner very convenient. In person better than photos if that’s even possible. Incidentals provided by owner a nice touch and greatly appreciated. Easy walking distance to many places to eat. Communication with owner outstanding from the beginning. Definitely 5 star experience!

We take a weekend trip every fall to new orleans and i highly recommend this condo for a future trip. Its location is perfect for hanging out in the quarter or going to a saints game. We are definitely coming back next year!

Wonderful condo. It is on the streetcar line so expect a bit of rumble from that. Bedroom is in the back of the condo so no difficulties sleeping because of noise. Very clean. Living area larger then appears in pictures.

The whole rental process went smoothly; Eric was responsive and gave us all the information we needed before we showed up. The apartment was very clean & had all the basics you would expect. This building is in such a great spot - there are so many places you can walk to! Incredible restaurants, all the historical sites, even Bourbon St. if you're into that kind of thing…
Yes, there is a streetcar that goes right by and it is loud, but honestly you get used to it pretty quickly - and hopefully you’re out enjoying the city most of the time!

Great Experience
This property is excellent! It is in a great location, which makes walking to the local attractions very easy. It was clean and secure, for an added peace of mind. The optional parking in the parking deck across the street was very convenient. The property manager responded to questions quickly and was very courteous!

Hot days in the Big Easy
Condo was beautiful and the location was perfect. Our connecting flight from Charlotte was cancelled so we arrived a day late. Other than that, our visit went perfectly.

Comfortable Spot, Great Location
My wife and I visited New Orleans to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. This was our first trip to Nola. The location was perfect for first timers. 10-15 walk to Bourbon St. 15 min walk to Frenchmen. We did a fun bike tour that was only a 5 min walk from the condo. The place was clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. Only drawback is the trolley line that runs in front of the building. It's pretty loud, but didn't ruin our experience. Overall I highly recommend the place for a solo traveler or for a couple.

Convenient New Orleans condo
Nice property within walking distance of most of downtown New Orleans and the French Quarter. The street car does go down the street and is loud (like pause the TV loud). The bedroom is in the back so I didn't find it an issue but some people might.

Second stay
Second time staying at this property. Love the location and clean accommodations. It even appears they put a brighter bulb in the shower area than my last stay and that small change makes a nice bright difference when showering. I would stay again if available. Thanks for the consistency!
