It was comfortable and convenient for the breakfast. Also, offered a great breakfast! The waiter was amazing and helpful!

Nester offered to help with tours, but only got back to me on one. After being overcharged I did not follow up on others. I was also locked out 2 nights and one night it took a while for anyone to open -it was pouring. I messaged booking and Nester replied in the morning asking about it and offered his number…He had been messaging me on it before so I’m not sure why he just didn’t chat me on WhatsApp. It did not seem genuine. The hot water didn’t work. I only booked 2 nights and they charged/booked me for 3. I did end up staying for 3 though.

The location is right beside the main square in Santa Ana. Staff were friendly.

There was a large gap between the floor and the door of our bedroom which meant any sort of animal/bug could come in. There was no shower curtain, drain cover, hooks for towels and the bathroom door needed to be repaired as there was large chunks missing from it. The room was spacious but lacked any additional furniture such as a chair/desk or a stool to put our bags on. There also appeared to be no breakfast or kitchen facilities but this wasn’t explained. It looked like the property was under going renovations during our stay but it wasn’t clear.

bathroom sink faucet did not work well, no sound privacy due to vents and large gap at bottom of door.

Breakfast was very good and filling. Staff was extremely friendly, and helpful with local suggestions such as where to go. They have fixed it up into a quaint boutique appearing courtyard. Well cared for.

Walls were a little thin. The noise level is very low anyway.

Everything! Juan Carlos, the owner, was sensational and organised food delivery for me on NYE and gave me a free walking tour of Santa Ana! Even the other properties he owns which he offered look great. The location is absolutely perfect and such good value for money!

The shower could do with some hot water :) I understand that El Salvador is a hot country but I do miss it :)

The presion of The bath water is excellent, location is really excellent

Bed not comfortable, too much noise in the nights from other rooms, the ring bell is too noisy and not comfortable in order to sleep well, only one parking lot really small
