Good facilities relative to price. Comfy bed, good sized bedroom. Good aircon. Breakfast/dinner was lovely, reasonably priced.
Great hosts, who went out of their way to accommodate us. Including organising a tuktuk from bus stop to property, and bicycles for us to do the ancient city. Also helped us find a bus to leave!
The room was very comfortable but the bathroom had lots of frogs! I didn’t mind much, they didn’t come into the bedroom- but it might bother some people so FYI.

Everything perfect and fine there with very friendly people who owns this place . Providing an exceptional service with quality. Good environment convenient services. Good food , good sleep with calm and quiet surrounding.
Everything specially the friendly welcoming and value added services. They're really experience with travel and tourism industry. I'm never hesitate to recommended this to any travellers need something like home.

really sweet staff and nice location! we only stayed for one night.
the room smelled mouldy and was humid as well. felt like that it had been closed for a while. could really use a deep cleaning and freshen up.

The owner was very polite and friendly. He helped us in finding the bus from Trincomalee to Polonnaruwa and also arranged a tuktuk with a reasonable price from bus station to property and also for visiting attractions.
We ordered launch which was very delicious and in a good price. He prepared food for two person but charged only for one.
a small restaurant and a small supermarket were nearby.
Since the long duration between reserves, the insect problem will be overcomes if the room cleaning occurs just before arriving new guests not just after living the previous.
when we arrived the windows was open and many insects was in the room.
When we wanted leaving the room for a couple of hours, the owner asked us to turn the AC off, so in our return the room was so warm.
In the room and bathroom was frogs, beetle and lizard.
It was in old city and far from the city center.

The owners are so so lovely and breakfast was good. The room was nice and spacious, there were hot showers(!) And the garden surrounding it is so pretty too! All in all, a very lovely stay

Well, It's worth for the price. clean and comfy beds. oh and they gave us a superb, tasty tea when we requested. both evening and morning. both owner and his wife are friendly. very close to polonnaruwa Gal wiharaya and all other places. walking distance. calm stay. air con was good. bathroom was with hot water facility. overall, our stay was good. recommending to others as well.

The beds are comfortable and the owners are very friendly. We needed to checkout early and the owner was kind to provide us with packed breakfast so we can checkout quite early in the morning.

Value for money. Good location,not far from ruins,Parakrama samudraya lake. Comfortable rooms. Owners were very friendly.
You need to close the doors before night falls or else you'll be bitten by mosquitoes,which is a common issue in the area. Nothing else that were an issue. All were perfect.

Owner was very rude. Did not give proper instructions to get there or about anything. Better to ask him everything you need to know. There was no other staff than the owner. One road leading to the place was under construction, our van got stuck not even 200m from the place, when we informed the owner, all he said was it was in the email. The near by crowd started to help but stopped once they knew we were going here.
Rooms and bathrooms were clean but not spacious. Dining room and kitchen was not clean at all.

Grate place. Vila like room surrounded by more trees. Bed comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. We take all breakfast and dinner from property during our stay. Food was great and reasonable price. They have separate restaurant and it was nice place and clean filtered water available in restaurant. All landmarks close to the property. Staff was grate and more take care about us during our stay. Highly recommended.

Quiet room near the canal. The hosts were very nice and the bike rental was a good thing! (Although one of our bikes was a bit old and the saddle broken.)
They also propose food (breakfast, dinner,...) which is very convenient!
