L'hotel è in posizione favorevolissima: è a due passi dal tempio. Avevo chiesto il servizio di trasposrto dall'aeroporto di Colombo e al mio arrivo l'autista era ad aspettarci paziente (l'aereo era in ritardo). Sono rismasto un po' sorpreso che i 116 km fino all'hotel abbiano richiesto quasi tre ore ma questo ho poi scoperto essere il normale quotidiano traffico dell Sri Lanka. Inoltre, una volta a Kandy, una volta reso conto che un aiuto per visitare la città sarebbe stato vantaggioso, si sono offerti di darci l'autista che ci ha portato nei punti interessanti della città per tutto il giorno assecondando i nostri tempi.

Una sola nota riguarda la domotica che è un po' eccessiva. Luci in camera non di immediata comprensione ed ascensore che diventa a volte di utilizzo... snervante.

Komfortabel eingerichtete Zimmer, zuvorkommendes Personal und gutes Frühstücksbuffet.

Baustelle direkt vor dem Haus, bis Nachts um 3 ohrenbetäubender Lärm und an Schlaf nicht zu denken! Nur an einem Tag gab es Frühstücksbuffet, am anderen wurde mir eine Auswahl an den Tisch gestellt. Hier hatten jedoch einige sehr günstige Hostels deutlich besseres Frühstück. Der Kaffee könnte besser sein. 15 Minuten vor Check-out Zeit klingelte das Telefon um mich daran zu erinnern das Zimmer rechtzeitig zu verlassen. Empfand ich als stressig.

Hervorragendes Hotel nach europäischen Standard in bester Lage direkt am Kandy Lake und am Zahntempel (Sri Dalada Maligawa). Super Frühstück mit der besten Fruit Plate, die wir bisher hatten!

Etwas hoher Preis, aber man bekommt dafür auch europäischen 4-Sterne Standard und Kolonialstil

We only spend one short night in Kandy at the Radh Hotel but very stylish and with great breakfast and coffee bar to kick-off the day high on energy

I liked that it was in the centre of town. The welcome drink and snacks were a nice touch, as was the Sri Lankan breakfast. We were also able to have an omelette but we weren’t offered them. The building had a lift. It is walking distance to the temple of the tooth relic and gorgeous Udawattekele park.

The gym and spa area are quite small and very hot in temperature. I’d suggest ensuring the AC is on well before a workout. The staff are very friendly. The could improve their barista technique (but being fussy). I would have preferred a second room key.

They went above and beyond to help us celebrate our honeymoon. They decorated the room so beautifully on arrival!

Excellent Experience! It was great!

Beautiful hotel at a great location, a 5 minute walk from the Tooth Temple. Interesting design on the atrium, pretty and comfy room, good bed, nice bathroom, good coffee and nice breakfast with made to order options. Very pleasant stay!

Location is fantastic and it’s a new building so everything is nice.

The breakfast that came with the roof was not as great as some, but it was OK. We could also have dinner in the restaurant and it was good.

Excellent hotel in a perfect location. Best breakfast in Sri Lanka so far (Sri Lankan + waffles yum:) Staff very attentive and room very comfortable. we had a premier king room at the back of the hotel (forest view) which was very quiet! Our new favourite hotel in Kandy will come again! BYOB.
