Leaving to go home .

On entering building I went sit down on chairs they was dirty so I didn't bother they was covered in stains .checked in no info on what time breakfast was served given room key . Room was extremely dirty as seen in my photos if they show them , dirty and dusty and lots of stains on towels and mattresses no pillow protectors.very shabby no info in room on what to do in case of fire ,what's on in area ,what time breakfast is served no info about cocktail bar or restaurant nothing very poor will definitely not return .breakfast was poor bacon like rubber, hash browns just crispy very over cooked tin mushrooms was shocking .

The windows in our bedroom was frosted so the room was very dark, the extractor fan in the bathroom when you turn the light on was so loud that you didn’t even want to turn the light on at all as it was so loud. Parking advertised on booking.com said ‘free parking’ however didn’t state it was limited parking, This meant after visiting family and coming back at 10pm the car park was full and had a car with 4 lads in the car just sitting there didn’t look like hotel guests at all, i then had to drive around a town I do not know and find a car park which I had to pay for, and then walk 15 mins back to the hotel with my 75 year old mum at night!!! Unfortunately for me this completely put a damper on my stay there as it was the only reason I booked for the parking. Should state ‘limited parking’ this was I would have been fully informed before booking, and not have to walk my 75 mother late at night back to the hotel, had she of been alone I would have been even more cross than I was!!

On checking in we went to our room to find the toilet broken & not flushing- lady on reception swapped rooms immediately. This room was lovely & comfortable, quiet & very clean. Breakfast had good choices & a buffet style so could have what you wanted. Staff were all very welcoming, friendly & helpful. Lovely decor throughout, will definitely be back 👍

Literally couldn’t find fault with anything
