Would not stay again, as I am totally against ordering the breakfast and dinner beforehand. It is not for eco reasons as given. I feel like I am in an institution and this is all for short sited economics for the hotel. I would spend more per head if not under such a silly structured dining.
Try real fresh food not frozen, open up the restaurant with a real Chef. Your occupancy and covers will more than double.
Get the most out of your business, its a lazy way to conduct a hotel.

We, had the full English breakfast which was really good. Fresh produce and cooked perfectly, the hotel was really clean and the staff all friendly and helpful. There were fresh baked biscuits in the room that tasted amazing!! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Breakfast was lovely & served with a smile.Loved the fact that our room was "our room" for the duration, so there was total privacy - just what was needed for our short break. Staff all very friendly, whilst remaining professional.

We had a Superior room which was very comfortable and spacious with a lovely view. Breakfast and dinner were excellent and all the staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

The room above our room had squeaky floor boards. But this didn’t ruin our stay. The building is about 150 years old and this adds to the charm of the hotel.

A really lovely breakfast with delicious choices of different dishes, all nicely presented by friendly staff.
We didn’t get to sample lunch and dinner or the pool but we would have liked to and it was nice to know we could have access to these facilities.
Our room was nicely decorated and very clean and the bed very comfortable. It was difficult, however, to manage the very small en-suite. Although, all-in-all a lovely stay, thank you.

The breakfast was very good , the consideration for gluten and dairy free was amazing!
The drawer chest in the room was too close to the corner of the bed.

The hotel has incredible potential
Very regimented, wanted us in the dining room altogether at the same time with other guests, quite odd. Wanted to charge us for ice 😂, because they didn’t like us having a glass of our own wine in our room 😂😂.
