Location, value for money and food

Couldn’t really find any fault with this hotel.

The parking is a lie. Impossible to get parking. They give the prices of the restaurant in the room in a nice letter but then they take the price they want and in the reception the argu that it was an old price. Pathetic! The bad service in the reception and don't try to call them. The num 9 is not working like wifi is not working either

Food was great pool is brilliant for kids good events in the evening staff was realy good also

Expected more from a junior suit and internet was horrible daily cleaning could had been a bit better as they didnt provide us with toilet paper and had to go to reception to get other wise good

Nice grounds and pool area, clean room

Staff was great and helpful, they facilitate the cancellation and understood the situation.

Unfortunately the hotel does not look as we see on the pictures. It didn’t feel comfortable enough so I decided to cancel my booking after the first night. Still the hotel has potential because the infrastructure is there but it needs an update. The green spaces could be used, the pool too small for the amount of people in the hotel.

It was full of cockroaches and dirty in general.

the bath had a huge dent in it, shower holder fell off and the food was quite poor during my stay and to top it off no control from people taking the mickey with amenities.

Food was average or below average quality. Live cooking station was good but other food on the buffet low quality. Need bacon at breakfast everyday as some days there was none.

The grounds were great and the pool was fantastic for children. There was a coach from the hotel into Marbella which we used and found very useful. Jose Antonio was amazing with the all the children and he was a real credit to the hotel. Would come back for him one as my children all adored him.

Food was all good however allergen lists were poor. There were a few nights where the desserts had nuts which my son is allergic to and when we requested ice cream I was either told NO or to go to the pool bar. That being said when the restaurant manager was on shift (I think that is what he was) he was fantastic and was able to help. He even insured we were able to sit together. A big hotel for senior holidays - The older people tended to be quite rude and pushed in front of my children a lot int the restaurant. Air con in our room didn't work
