Zentrale Lage, fußläufig zum Hauptbahnhof (10 Minuten), zur Stadtmitte und zur Messe, nahe U- und S-Bahn. Großzügiger Eingangsbereich, freundliches Personal an der Rezeption, sehr ruhiges Zimmer, toller Ausblick auf die Skyline, direkt am modernen Einkaufszentrum Skyline Plaza, großzügige saubere Zimmer mit neutraler neuwertiger Ausstattung, alles Notwendige in der Küchenzeile enthalten. Wir hatten auch einen großen Balkon (7. Stock).

Da fällt mir wirklich nichts ein, obwohl wir Vielreisende sind.

Expensive hotel. Contradictory messages from staff on the hotel’s policy, both wether dogs can come with to breakfast and on access to underground parking. Nice people at reception though. Pillows felt like concrete. Ruined my sleep totally.

The room size, the bed and shower. The place was great.

Warning. The washing machines had problems and didn't spin dry cloths properly. There are major building works alongside the Citadines.

Walking distance from the Frankfurt Messe Shopping mall close to the hotel

Large room was well furnished and kitchen had all necessary utensils. Staff was very friendly. We liked spacious lobby with a backyard. Having computer and printer in the lobby want a nice touch.

We felt there was not enough lighting in the room to read comfortably. It was a bit confusing to find our way around the hotel because of construction in the area (of course, not hotel's fault)

The room was very spacious considering the price I paid, and was equipped very well. You've got a little kitchen, so you can make this place your little getaway house. The distance to the shopping mall, which is only a min walk, was the plus!

It is a walking distance though it was a little bit far from the central area. However I love walking, so it wasn't a big deal!

Nothing to not like

Room had the small kitchen, we used only refrigiator, but it is usefull if you bring some food to eat there. There is also a lounge area with complementary warm beverages for everybody, anytime. Size of the room, bathroom and storage space was really good.

The only bad thing was leakage below the door in the shower area. Water was all arround the toilet on the first showering. After that we put there a towel, but it still was to wet. I could also mention that room lighting was to low on maximum, so it is not easy to do something precise during the late hours.

The location of the hotel was great, everything was with in walking distance. The kitchen was nice, only the microwave was a bit confusing to use. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The Taxi from there to the Frankfurt Terminal 1 came up to around 46 euro.

The room didnt really have good lights. The lamps on the walls barely gave any light to the room so it was hard to see during the evening.

There wasn’t room service for the apartment and that could be for long stays upsetting.

Good location

Was not really a hotel more like a hostel- no bar or restaurant- only a vending machine and a lounge common area. Breakfast over priced and very average. We also discovered blood stains on our bedding which made us feel quite sick. Would not return and priced at over 500 euros without breakfast we felt really ripped off.

The location is perfect and the room was clean as well.
