Shower head broken, Put [Please house keeping] tag then cleaner came almost evening. Room requested for one bed room from web, staff replied [If unable to provide one bed room, we will conbine twin bed to one bed] before check-in, but when I check in they said [If you want one bed room it become upgrade and need addtional fare] then they charge upgrade fee RP200,000.

The hotel is a lot of trees

The entire place is dirty. Especially the villa, it is so dirty. I downgrade to a smaller room and slide better. The towel is old and not clean, and the toilet bathtub mat is full of mold. It is disgusting. Hygiene is a serious problem in this hotel. The room wasn't prepared for guests as well. The safety box is not working and needs to be replaced it when I move to the smaller room. The food order wasn't in the room as well. Some strange thing is, when you order food, the delivery person is not allowed to go to the lobby. If it is heavy rain, then you are good luck. All the food you can give it to the delivery guy.

Attention: despite all the things I am stating below, booking.com has offered us a 15% compensation and hasn’t helped us AT ALL!
- we had RATS in the room, saw them crawling around and everywhere was rat poop. Changed room twice still heard rats in the walls.
- cockroaches in the bathroom
- dust under the bed and behind the closet
-room service: I found insects in my meal and it tasted like moth killer. I had diarrhoea for 2 weeks straight during and after my stay.
- male pest control arrived at night to look for the rats while I was in my underwear and sleepy. And found the rat nest on top of the closet in our room! Disgusting!
- I am traumatised!
- the hotel is very outdated, it looks like your time travelling to the 80s.
- the bathtub was leaking even though they tried to glue it together. (We had the most expensive suite - so embarrassing)
- the rooms are close to a dirty pond, so get ready to be attacked by loads of mosquitoes- make sure you’re vaccinated against dengue as there’s a lot of cases in Indonesia
-they run out of hot water very quick, it’s not enough for 2 people taking a warm shower in the morning
-when checking out they told us that we didn’t have to pay, on exchange for us not to ask for legal help about this issue and not tell booking.com but then charged our credit card a day later behind our back.
- they all don’t speak English, it’s hard to communicate!
This is just a little bit of everything we had to suffer during our stay! It’s irresponsible that booking.com offers such hotels that are a threat to your mental and physical health - I am a medical professional with a science degree and will do everything in my power to get my money back and now that this stress and retraumatisation occurred even more!
This is a warning - do not stay in this filthy rat manifested hotel ! And book an Airbnb that has a better customer service and is insured up to 1000000$ For cases like this.

Maybe due to corona reason? I feel hotel facility no enough maintenance? Inside room is bad smell. Some AC power concent no function. Dirty water pool. Totaly no enough cleaning about hotel facility,can see dirty. And so on.
