Que tenía muchos enchufes malos ( sueltos o que hacían mal contacto ) y otros fuera de servicio

La atención del personal excelente, siempre atentos a solucionar peticiones de los alojados,mención especial para Cinthya y don Juan

La ducha tenía filtraciones, pero tiene fácil solucion

El trato del personal fue super amable

I liked the bed and the breakfast a lot.

Some of the staff attitude could improve. I didn't like the moment we entered we had to pay, without even seen the room...etc...not very welcoming staff at all. No working WIFI at all, even though it should be.

Wifi signal in our room was far too weak. Breakfast from 8.30 on is simply too late.

Brilliant room with a balcony and spa ina perfect location. The service is warm and professional. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.

Staff was super friendly, and location great. Good value for money

The facilities had a few issues, apparently in several rooms. - hair dryer was not working (probably you can ask one at the reception), but also was a bit sticky - there were issues with the magnetic key (we got a physical one) - in the room next to ours, the bathroom wasn't working and guests were asked to use the bathroom from another room (they also got moved to a different room the day after) - WiFi very weak, often not working (apparently an issue for a few guests) Nothing dramatic but a bit unpleasant. We had to go up and down to the reception a few times to get things fixed, which perhaps is not ideal when you come from a long flight and you just want sleep
