I liked the area surrounding it and closeness to restaurants and store.

When we arrived at the hotel we found out the pool was closed for repair which is understandable, but the pool was one of the main reasons besides location I chose the hotel . We just felt like we didn’t get to enjoy the amenities for the money we paid for it.

The welcoming staff was great and showed a lot of empathy on loss of luggage The room was super clean, and the shower excellent

The check staff. I needed a late check out. Called the day before to make arrangements but was informed to call the following day. That didn't go well. James told me, " the hotel doesn't have a late check out policy " this disrupted my entire day.

The housekeepers were very loud and rude in the morning. They were yelling from one end of the hall to the other. When asked if they could quiet down they went to the next room and started vacuuming loud hitting the walls. There was food from the previous people in our refrigerator when we arrived.

The location is absolutely prime, the rooms were clean and maintained, and the staff was incredibly friendly.
