La casa está situada en una tranquila urbanización a escasos metros de una de las mejores playas de Mallorca, y cerca de importantes zonas turísticas como Cala Millor y pueblos como Manacor y Porto Cristo. Tiene una superficie construida aproximada de 250m2 más terrazas, porche y solárium.
Tiene capacidad para máximo 8 personas, cómodamente amueblada, con calefacción central ideal para los meses de invierno. Consta de dos plantas con 3 dormitorios, 2 baños, cocina completamente equipada, salón con un precioso piano para los amantes de la música, comedor, lavandería, terrazas con comedor exterior para los meses de verano e incluso para muchos días de invierno ya que está situado en un gran porche, piscina privada con solárium y sus correspondientes hamacas.
A dos minutos andando de la casa se encuentra un gran centro comercial abierto todo el año donde puede realizar sus compras, biblioteca, centro médico, iglesia, paradas de autobús, restaurantes, souvenirs, etc. Ideal para amantes del tenis y deportistas en general, ya que está situada a 15 km de la Rafa Nadal Academy y Sport Center.
En el norte el pequeño espacio natural Punta de n'Amer con mirador sobre la costa, lo separa de la extensa oferta turística de Cala Millor, y en el sur, el paseo marítimo con multitud de tiendas y restaurantes lo conecta directamente con S'illot. Caminando se puedo recorrer cómodamente varios Kilómetros de la costa en dirección norte y sur. Montando en bicicleta se puede llegar hasta las famosas cuevas del Drach en Porto Cristo. En autobús también hay buena conexión con otros destinos.

The house is perfect for a family vacation with many outdoor seating choices and a very well-maintained pool. It is close to the beach, supermarket and bus stops and many activities can be easily reached by walking. The owner is very helpful and responsive.

Toni was communicative throughout and responded to all queries. Villa is in a perfect location next to beach, shops and restaurants and very clean! Please note that this villa now has air con in the bedrooms which are new and very much welcomed as it was so hot! So please ignore old reviews as the bedrooms do now have air con! If one unit was i stalled downstairs in kitchen would be even more perfect!

Toni was an amazing host calling frequently and bringing lemons and even some gin, he met us on arrival and showed us around the villa and even left beer,wine ,water and a lovely pastry cake in the fridge
The house was spotless and very well equipped, every facility was only minutes away, including a large Carrefour supermarket which had everything we needed at good prices
This is a great area for young families,lovely safe beach and plenty of soft play areas

We loved this villa. Antonio was very accommodating right from the start, he always answered my emails very quickly and effficiently. He greeted us when we got there and showed us around and how to use stuff in the villa. The villa is so central, you have the large supermarket Carrefour a few minutes walk away, plus loads of spa supermarkets, restaurants, bars. We absolutely loved the area and cannot wait to go back.

We stayed for 7 nights as a group of 7 adults - three couples and one single adult. There were three double rooms, one of which can be made into a triple room (we put the spare single in the living room for single adult). Pool is large enough, patio area is beautiful and shaded. Very near to beach, less than 4 minute walk. Antonio was very responsive when we needed anything and made our stay very easygoing and relaxed. Thank you!

Beautiful villa in perfect location.Toni is very friendly and available to help.so close to beach and shops it’s a perfect location.Only problem really was it was very hot with no air conditioning the fans didn’t really do much good,the pool doesn’t have a shallow end so difficult for the children and one of the bedrooms is advertised as a twin but it was 3 doubles which thankfully my children are young enough to share.still would highly recommend.

Antonio's villa was beautiful and he was a superb host. The location was great with the local shops, restaurants and beach all within easy walking distance so no car was required. Sa Coma was a lovely place to stay for a family holiday. The beach was clean with gentle sloping sand out to sea. It has plenty of restaurants to choose from and the carrefour supermarket nearby gave plenty of options for eating in.
The villa itself provided everything we needed and more! Antonio's little touches such as stuff for the kids to use in the pool or on the beach and even a wheeled shopping bag were greatly appreciated.
We received a warm welcome from Antonio as well as delicious cake and a few basics to help us settle in - thank you. He popped round daily to check the pool levels to make sure things were as they should be and was also hand if needed. The pool was a real treat and much bigger than it looks in the photographs. The outside space has lots of areas to sit and relax.
We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa and hope to return at some point in the future. We truly had a fabulous holiday. 💛

Gorgeous house, excellent facilities and amazing location. Just a few minutes walk from lots of shops, the beach, restaurants and bars.

We have just returned and have to say this villa is superb. There is loads of space, the pool is perfect, the rooms are fan cooled, the kitchen is well fitted with every thing you need. Thank you Toni for the cake, wine and fruit which was waiting for us on arrival and the cake inbetween our stay (we have left you some drinks in the fridge, cheers). The villa is located in a quiet location that is near all amenities. All bedding, towels (including beach towells) and sun beds available. Theres loads of tables to sit at (2 inside and 3 outside). Upstairs there are 2 balconies, 1 through both bedrooms and 1 from top of stairs. Toni called every couple of days to water plants and check pool. Loads of bars, shops and blue flag beach with in 5 mins walk. Large supermarket 5 mins walk to get your meat for the BBQ. Dined out all the time finding the local resturants were better that the English/Irish ones. We definitely recommend this villa and the super owner.

Fantastic villa and owner
We have just returned from a wonderful holiday is this great villa. The owners is so friendly and helpful, from the personal welcome, drinks and food in the fridge, letting us leave our bags as we had a later flight and cleaning the pool. The villa is spacious and clean and the outdoor space fantastic - always some sun and shade. Lots of pool inflatables and a great bbq. Location is great, everything you need is within walking distance and the beach is less than 5 mins away. Comfy beds and ceiling fans in the bedroom were much needed as the weather was extremely hot!! Thank you for great holiday - no hesitantion in recommending

Family holiday
Spend 10 days in this house, everything is great. Several different outdoor places to sit an eat and relax. We hade total of 5 kids in the house from 1 to 8 year old. Work perfect.
Toni, the host, help us with all our needs. Big thanks for helping us to find coal for the grill! Would love to go back to this place. Just a couple of minutes of a perfect and not too crowded beach.

The villa is fantastic.
There is loads of space around the building.

Fans in the bedrooms keep you cool.
Location is superb.
The beach is a 5-10 minute walk, as is the large carrefour supermarket.
Our family of four with two children under 4 had an amazing time, a week wasn’t long enough.

Fabulous!!
As soon as we booked the property the communication with Toni was excellent! We asked if we could check in earlier than planned and this was not a problem. We arrived to a beautiful Villa awaiting us, exactly as we had viewed in the photos. The villa was immaculately presented and Toni the owner met us there to show us around. There was a few goodies in the fridge to see us through our first day. We travelled to Sa Coma as a party of 8 (3 generations) the villa was very spacious for the amount of people. The pool is bigger than the photos suggest and there are pool toys and floats provided. Toni came to clean out the pool and water the plants every 2 days. He was not intrusive and you hardly noticed he was there. Half way through the holiday we were presented with 2 bottles of wine from Toni which was very kind! The villa is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac, but is within a three minute walk from the shops and restaurants. It's a five minute walk to the beautiful beach. It's centrally located should you wish to visit Cala Millor or S'illot. This was our first time on a villa holiday and we absolutely loved it!!

Chalk family holiday - August 2019
We arrived at Toni's villa in the early hours of the morning and Toni was there to meet and greet us and gave us a tour of his amazing villa he had also stocked our fridge up with water, beer, bread, cake, melon and ham which was most welcome. The next morning we saw the villa in all its glory it was very Spanish in decor but we liked that and it soon became apparent how spacious it was with lots of different areas to lose yourself if you wanted some 'me' time. We were a family of 6 adults (mum, dad, two sons and their girlfriends). The pool area was amazing although the pool is deep with no shallow area but Toni has a supply of lilos and rings plus noodles should you need them. There are plenty of sunbeds to sunbathe whether it be in full sun or shady areas and he supplies pool towels too. The villa is equipped with all you need washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven etc. We ate in more than we intended too only because it was so nice to cook and eat alfresco at one of the three tables Toni had positioned around the villa depending on what time of day you ate there was always a shady dining area. The villa is set on a lovely quiet road and within 5 minutes walk to the big Carrefour supermarket and bars, restaurants and the beach although we never spent much time at the beach it looked lovely. When we did eat out we enjoyed meals at Jauns, Britannia Bar, and the Happy Bar. We also enjoyed the nightlife of the Kings Head and would recommend seeing tribute acts of Bobby Alexander, Abba and Jackson's. Overall our first villa holiday was amazing and Toni was always only a phone call away if needed and visited us every two days to water his plants and check we were all ok. Would definitely recommend staying here and we hope to go back in the near future. Thank you Toni for a wonderful and mememoral holiday .

Perfect
This was our first time staying in a villa and it definitely did not disappoint.
The villa was FANTASTIC. The owners were there to welcome us (with an amazing cake and a few treats in the fridge), they were brilliant and excellent communication throughout, when we tripped the electricity and we could not find the fuse box a quick call to Toni and he was straight round to sort it for us.
We have been to Sa Coma many times over the years and this villa's location is perfect, a close walk to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants.
The villa itself was amazing, very clean both inside and out, the pool was perfect, and the villa itself was a great size, 8 adults were in our group and there was plenty of room for us all.
I honestly could not pick 1 fault with the villa or the owners it made our holiday even better, we would DEFINITELY book this villa again.

Family of 5 stayed here we were welcomed at 0200hrs by very friendly Toni who had put ham, cheese, bread. Fresh cake and wine for us in fridge!
Communication throughout was great.
Villa amazing we were so impressed and pleased the best villa we’ve ever stayed in.
The beach is a couple of minutes away. We ate at Es Mollet in S’illot staff and food great.

Perfect location & lovely villa
The villa is a beautiful home, and very spacious. We stayed in the upstairs double, and Antonio provided a cot for our 4 month old, and she stayed in the twin bed room next door. Both upstairs bedrooms open onto a huge sunny terrace with sunbeams - perfect for afternoon sun.
We made full use of the well equipped kitchen, but ate all meals outside at one of the three outdoor dining areas! We enjoyed the comfortable living room on a rainy day (note all TV channels are German or Spanish). The villa has lots of bath and pool towels, plus a handy washing machine and tumble dryer (plus two large clothes airers).
Pool was spacious and water very clean - note that it is quite deep throughout (approx 5ft) and there's no shallow area. The outdoor space was lovely, especially the covered area with two comfy sofas next to the barbecue. We also appreciated that the plot is completely secure, with locked gates at the front.
The location is ideal; 2 minute walk to the blue flag beach, shops, bars, mini supermarkets, restaurants etc. The promenade along the beach was ideal for a walk with buggy, especially in cool early mornings. The villa is on a residential street just behind the main resort, so is nice and peaceful but close enough to walk to the action.
It's a 2 minute drive to a large supermarket, which FYI has a huge range of baby food, formula and equipment (I didn't know this in advance, so had packed it all from UK).
Antonio was a great host, and helped on the same day when we had a broken fridge and also needed fresh towels from mopping up after a big storm! He kindly provided fruit and (amazing) cake on arrival, and wished us well before we left too.

Fantasktisk
Vi er kommet hjem fra en skøn ferie i dette fantastiske hus, med en super beliggenhed. Antonio, ejeren af huset kommunikerede vi med via mail inden afrejse, aftalte at ringe når vi landede - alt fungerede. Antonio havde købt frisk kage, kiks, frugt og vand til os, da vi kom, meget sent. Et par dage efter kom han med en lækker vin, herunder og så frisk bagt kage fra sin mor, smagte vidunderligt. De sødeste mennesker. Vi fik også anbefaling om en lækker restaurant Torre de Canyamel på Porxada de sa Torre - prøv det! Vi fik det lækreste mad, simpelthen det bedste vi nogensinde har fået.
Vi vil helt sikkert komme tilbage til dette hus.

Sehr schönes Haus, in zentraler Lage. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, er war jeder Zeit erreichbar und gleich vor Ort wenn mal etwas sein sollte. Würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Lovely Villa..Ideal location
Beautiful villa in a lovely location, ideallly situated close to beach, restaurants, shops and lovely walks. The villa was spacious with fantastic outside seating areas and pool. Toni, our host was attentive and kind, always helpful and provided us with the use of an apartment on the day we were leaving as our pick up for airport was late in evening..The villa is really well equipped with everything you could possibly need and we would certainly recommend it.

Super Villa, Super Host
This was our second stay at this villa. As before we enjoyed a wonderful holiday in this well equipped home from home. Both the beach and the supermarket are a short walk away, as are many good restaurants. Toni is a very friendly and attentive host, and his mother's cakes are amazing! We will be back.

Fantastic family villa!! Highly recommend
We have been coming to sa coma since 2004 on holiday and can easily say this was the best. The villa was simply stunning and accurately described on the web site.
Toni (the owner) was first class and went above and beyond to welcome us all and ensure our two weeks was as enjoyable and hassle free as possible, from fresh cakes, wine and fresh fruit on arrival; to cleaning the pool every second day - he really was tremendous.
A fantastic holiday for us all (family of 8), villa, owner, location was all perfect.
We have booked again already for 2016, thank you again Toni!

Really enjoyed our stay - August 8-22
We - 3 adults and 3 kids (1, 5, 6) really enjoyed our 2 weeks in Toni's Finca. It's nicely located close to the beach and the supermarket. The garden with its multiple seating areas and the great pool invited us to spend our time outside.
The house provides everything one can think of to get through the day. We prepared our own food as the restaurants in Sa Coma were not what we expected - and we know there are much better ones on the island.
Toni and his mom were very kind and available when needed - we really appreciate that! I should also meniton the cakes and sweets they surprised us with - really delicious!
We definitely recommend this house and its owner!

Fantastic vacation
We were two familys sharing the house for a week in July. Everything was perfect. The house was beautyful with all the nescessary equipment for a perfect vacation. On our arrival to the house in the evening, a freshly baked cake (made by Tonis mum) and a basket of fruit was waiting for us. The kids enjoyed the pool and all the toys that was lended to them during our stay. The house was located in a calm area close to the beach and a nearby big supermarket. We will recommend this house to our friends and relatives and will hopefully be able to go back ourselfs sometime.

Wonderful villa
We have had a wonderful week in this super villa. Three generations enjoyed the spacious accomodation and terraces. There is a well equipped kitchen, a comfortable lounge and large bedrooms, as well as a beautiful pool. Plenty of toys for the children and inflatables for the pool kept everyone happy. Toni was an attentive host and we loved his mother's baking! We hope to return again and we highly recommend this property.

Lovely Villa
We have just returned from a 10 night stay at his villa. It is a lovely villa, well maintained and very spacious. The owner Toni and his wife Maria were there to welcome us and show us around the property. Toni was a great host, who went out of his way to provide little extras for us to make our stay more comfortable, such as providing a wheelchair and shower chair for one of our party who was disabled. He also kept us fed with pastries made by his mother, and they were very delicious. The villa is well equipped, although we did not cook during our stay. The villa is approx 5 mins walk to the beach. We took taxis to local reports as there were 4 in our party, and the cost was 11 euros to Cala Bona, 5 euros to Callor Millor and 11 euros to Porto Christo. There are plenty of eating places all within 5/10 mins walking. We would definitely recommend this property for a great holiday location and hope to visit again sometime in the future.

Great Stay in Sa Coma
We recently returned from a wonderful 3 night stay in Sa Coma. The house itself was beautiful, clean and spacious. The best parts of the house were many terraces and patios that were great for enjoying meals and drinks together, along with the Mallorcan sun. The house is in a great location- quiet area but a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops in Sa Coma- we usually only used the car when travelling outside of town.
Toni was a great host- always willing to give us a recommendation on good restaurants nearby (to avoid the tourist traps) and made sure that any questions or needs were taken care of. We had an especially delicious meal in Cala Bona based on his suggestion. His family even brought over home made Ensaimada (typical Mallorcan pastry)! We could not have asked for a better stay or host.
