Staff is exceptional most of facility was early clean passible pool was a little green but they treated a few days later and was clean The food is fairly good but the problem or the cockroaches I'd seen a review that said they were some cockroaches but I assumed they had corrected the problem now there are many when asking the staff they replied they were not allowed to put chemicals to kill anymore but we have many inner imaginative company that will solve the problem easily The surrounding area is not terrible but a little trashy The view is exceptional on the pool deck

Cockroach infestation lots of noise typical city noise but also have air pollution unless it's windy and the mechanic shop next door was very loud with grinders going early a.m.

The staff is good. Especially Mr. Gelo from the bar and Ms. Hannah from the receptionist and the chef also

The staff were polite on arrival and assisted us straight away when we came out of our transport. They constantly asked us about the food and how was the kitchen service. the pool was a plus. accessible to shops and transport.

The property did not anticipate us as according on the staff they were not aware of booking.com, it was quite a hassle on us due to the property being unresponsive to our query to arrange early check-in. The manager did not provide us the written summary of extra charge, thus verbal arrangement was done and our relatives were being charged again on the same service we have paid before we left. my relatives arrived a day before us arranging early check in for a cost, they were told that we are arriving at around 2am but still no handover was made to the night shifr staff and no one were aware of our arrival. took them 15-30 mins to sort out. Also, no receipt were issued for the amount of 44,000sh php we paid on the 25feb. the hotel doesnt have a ramp for luggage airconditioning unit were turned off during day time in the hallway making us felt uncomfy. the late band on wednesday, playing until 1sh in the morning is quite disturbing for the guest as most of the rooms doesnt have a strong sound proof.

The pool is too small for barkadas

bed was way too small for two people. one of us had to jump over the other as it bearly fit in the room and it didn’t leave any walking space arround it. pool area was under construction and we never got a heads up. no vegetarian option for breakfast. 10 minutes before check out we started getting calls to the room and someone even came to the door to ask when we were checking out.
