اخلاق موظفين الفندق ومدير الفندق قربه من الحرم وجود الناس الكثيره فيها لم يشعرني بالغربه ابدا

الفندق جيد ولكن ضغط النزلاء لايلبي الطلبات احيانا لذا اقترح يكون في كل دور او دورين مع بعض طاقم كامل لتلبية طلبات النزلاء من النظافة مساعدة كبار السن حل مشاكل الغرف حل مشاكل اللفت ودمتم سالمين .

Long waiting time for check in Crowd lifts

The gentleman at the reception Muhammad Rasheedi was very helpful and accommodating. I had to book this hotel at the last minute when my original booking disappointingly refused to check us in. The only issue was the lifts were too busy around salah time but that will be the case with all hotels.

الغرفة صغيرة جدا لم تكن عند حسن الظن اطررت ان اغير الفندق ابعد وارخص واوسع

Location is good

Parking was not available when I reached the hotel. although it was asked earlier as I was travelling by my car but when I reached the hotel, they told parking is full we cannot accommodate.

The Hotel is Crowded Not Clean Cigrate Smell AirCon is Hot The price of the Stay is not worth-you can pay a little more for better

Location was great.

Size of the room was very small. Cost is too high. Waiting time is long at the reception.

There was a girl at the counter who helped me really well I appreciated her help

I did not like that the pictures on the website made it seem as if the rooms were much bigger then it actually was in reality. The pictures on bookings.com for this specific hotel are not entirely correct, the hotel is snot as fancy as it looks on the pictures .

near to al nabawi mosque.5 mins walking distance. friendly & helpful staff.

Location was somewhat ok

Toilet had sink right in the face, towels weren't in bathroom after long journey wanted to get in and wash up. Needs rebuilding.
