Smell in the room. The front side of Windows is terrific . The hotel serves only vegetarian items. There's no variety in breakfast .

The Location of the Hotel.

In my room there wasn't any floor mat. The room was to clumsy. The washroom height was very very low.

Nothing. One of the worst places I've ever been in. Horrible service. Covid-infested.

Literally every aspect of this hotel was terrible. The price is absolutely unjustifiable. None of the pictures in the listing are current or accurate. The place is filthy and i caught covid because they didn't clean the rooms after the last guest. I was fully vaccinated, by the way... the filth and lack of cleaning there was just so bad it didn't matter. I assume the very walls are covid infested, and have never been scrubbed. There was a woman in the room across from me coughing up a storm as well. Seems like the whole hotel got infected. No responsibility on their part. Didn't see anyone downstairs coughing, btw. They were probably the source of the vector. None of them wearing masks. Floorboards were bare and worn away. A bunch of roaches and bugs in the room. Literally dirt scum on the cieling. How do you even get the ceiling filthy? There was a wall halfway up the stairs that you would hit your head on if you didnt duck while trying to take the stairs. The refrigerator was non-functioning. The "double bed" was just 2 twin mattresses wrapped in a sheet, so when you'd try to sleep on it your back would fall through the crack and hit the hard wood. The card key to get into my room stopped working literally every single day and i had to go back down to the front desk to get it fixed, every single day. The wifi was awful, nigh unusable and worked on a weird coupon code system which makes no sense. So it was just like the key where you just constantly have to get a new one generated because it just stopped working. These problems overlapped, so your wifi would stop working, you'd go downstairs to get a new code, come back up, the key to your room is not working now so you have to go back down to the front desk again.... Literally a daily ritual. They insisted there was no wifi in the reception area despite there literally being a wifi network named "reception".

Location of the hotel is just across Juhu beach...

1) Hotel manager to insisting about advance payment 2) Cleaniliness was average. 3) Limited breakfast options. 4) Food costly 5) Accomodation costly as compared to value paid 6) There is no tea maker in the room which is advertised by them.
