too old and bathrooms are not in good condition very noisy and there is always loud people talking

everything is bad starting from the door to beds, Mirrors, AC, to the toilet etc

The employers are very kind.

The breakfast isn’t good, the room close to the ground, first, second until fourth floor are very simple, have no hot water, just warm, have no hairdresser and a strong smell. a lot of employers don’t speak English, but the same way are very kind and try to help you what you want.

Shower did not work, the room i reserved (suite with 2 queen beds) was not awailable, we had to share a bed for 2 nights before we were informed we could not get an extra bed in this room and we were moved to another, in in our new room the bathtub/showerhead did not work properly. And the sofabed was not so good to sleep on. coffee prices wich were low to begin with changed with what staff was serving. Resurant did not always have everything on the menu. And not many of the staff spoke good english. Some of the staff were really helpful and nice, but others not so much.

Is very poor.generally the hotel is not good at all and I am advising Booking.com to withdrawal the recommendation from this hotel.
