Best location and stuf this is the reason why I like to come back every time in Prague

Las camas muy cómodas y no se escuchaba nada de ruido. Estuvimos alojados en el NH collection, hay que entrar a partir del NH city y se veía mucho mejor este último nada más viendo la recepción.

No hablaba español nadie de la recepción ni hacían por intentar entender o explicar. El desayuno buffet un poco escaso en cuanto a variedad, me faltaron unas creps y churros por ejemplo.

Klid, čistota, hezká terasa, skvělý bar, úžasná snídaně

Zima ve wellnesu a studeny bazén a výřivka studenější. Parkoviště k hotelu moc nízké, nevejde se dodávka ani vyšší auta.

Lage und Frühstück war super. Zimmer sind Sauber

Stay here quite often, location is nice for me as its slightly out the city but with still plenty of great bars and restaurants nearby. The location on top of the hill with access via the funicular lift is fun and unique with friendly and professional staff always around to help. Rooms very spacious and always clean.

Price of breakfast is a little bit much so sometimes don't get breakfast.

The size of the room and facilities

Just 1 day when the cable car wasn't working it was a pain waiting for the shuttle to take us up th the room

This hotel is worth its money: the breakfast was delicious, the room even had a coffee machine, and I liked the pool and sauna.

The cable car was not working for 1 day and we had to wait for a transfer that was not very comfortable.

Service staff was exceptional! Rooms and Wellness in perfect conditions.

Very good place near old town, very interesting elevator to hotel was one of attraction

First day all parking space was occupied, so we have to find some space outside hotel and it was not easy

Overly expensive, 450 euros for 2 nights, rooms were unnecessarily big, lacked cosy feel, nothing exceptional. One Toothbrush provided as a complimentary gesture for a family of three. Location....not at its best...need to walk about 10min from the tram / bus stop. And moreover, need to get to this elevated hotel using a cablecar,.from their counterpart hotel at a lower level. During peak hours, need to wait for the cable service as there's a queue. Looks or appeal wise....nothing worth the amount you pay .

The Wellness was great! Breakfast was very good

The temperature in the room was hard to regulate and the beds not very comfortable. A little bit outdated.

wow the cable car to go to your hotel, a different experience for the kids. Coincidence, it was my birthday in the middle of the stay, they have provided a small wine and cake. it was a really nice gesture.

The room was huge, comfy and the bathroom was top notch. Beautiful art on the walls. Great need that was super comfortable. The views were also great and the staff very lonely lent me an umbrella without any fuss.

Waiting for the cable cart got a bit annoying. You have to go through the NH City hotel to get to the NH Collection hotel, and as strange as it is to say, the was a horrible overpowering perfume smell in the foyer of the NH City Hotel. The same smell was in the corridor to the wellness area and was kind of unpleasant. You also have to call reception to ask for the sauna to be turned on in advance and one time after doing so, the sauna was still not hot 40 minutes later

Staff were very helpful,polite and welcoming. They provided comprehensive answers to my questions before arrival.This helped plan our time in Prague. Breakfast lovely with lots of options. Sky bar with views over prague was a nice treat in the evening. Comfortable beds and a great night's sleep.

The only problem during our stay was that the sauna wasn't working one afternoon. We reported it and were told a technician was coming, (we did hear them being called), but they didn't come to fix it within the 30mins we waited
