First the positive: The property manager was very nice and the check in process was smooth. My group was coming off a cruise the previous week and they allowed us to drop our bags off early prior to check in. The washer and dryer had a bit of a learning curve, but once we figured it out, it was nice to have that available. The property manager was overall, very responsive to questions and issues.
Now the rough: The condition of the place was not great, the paint was peeling in the bathrooms, the entire place was not very clean, the arm on one of the couches was broken and the back door was broken (like coming off the frame and the handle never worked), the door was eventually screwed into the frame of the building, but the handle never worked.
We're from the US and Canada, so maybe we are spoiled with good plumbing and luckily someone in our group actually read the instruction booklet because we weren't able to discard the toilet paper in the toilet, because "the plumbingwas not designedto handle toilet paper". We had to dispose of the toilet paper in the little trash can and then take it to the trash receptacles around the corner. There is a pool table, but it's too close to the wall to be used and we didn’t feel comfortable moving it due to the risk of damaging the floor and there were 3 pool cues but only one of them had a tip that you could use. The air conditioning units in 2 of the bedrooms weren't ok, it took a few days for them to get a service guy out to fix them

Un bon point de chute à Barcelone, idéale pour les familles nombreuses
Un bon emplacement près du métro Poble Sec. De l'espace et un aménagement fidèle aux photos. Nous avons passé Nouvel An à 11 personnes. nous étions confortables. L'appartement possède tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner et manger tous ensemble.
Un seul point négatif : les toilettes dans les salles de bain pas facile à gérer quand on est nombreux.

Appartement très décevant mal entretenu.
Après l'accueil de la femme de ménage qui ne veut que l'argent liquide, et ne vous donnera aucun reçu conforme, vous aurez 2 jeux de clefs (un 3ème si vous râlez)
Les points négatifs de cet appartement "propre/sale":
- La Literie souillée: matelas, alaises, oreillers et couettes auréolés de pipi, sang, et diverses matières, il y en a pour tous les goûts, plumes ou synthétiques. Quand aux draps de tous poils laissent à supposer qu'un inconnu a dormi dans votre lit avant vous. Glamour ou Pas...
- Si vous aimez la mycologie, passez par les 2 petites salles de bain WC sans fenêtre, vous pourrez admirer toutes sortes de champignons et poserez votre trousse de toilette sur le rabat des toilettes ou au sol, au choix. Après 3 à 4 douches plus d'eau chaude
- Votre séjour se rythmera, sur les vibrations alternatives et sonores du passage des métros (réveil assuré vers 5h30 pour les sommeils légers), et ainsi que sur le joyeux ballet des enfants du dessus.
- si vous décidez de fumer une cigarette dans le calme de la terrasse en papotant avec vos amis, vous aurez la surprise de recevoir des jets d'épingles à linge et autres petits projectiles (malheureusement sans valeur)
APERO inenvisageable dehors sur la terrasse .
- Des vacanciers anglais ayant fait la fête un soir nos voisins on appelé la police croyant que c’était nous. Bon, la police ne s’est pas déplacée….
Les points positifs de cet appartement "propre/sale":
appartement spacieux et idéalement situé avec nombreux commerces de proximité
le lave vaisselle et frigo/congélateur fonctionnent normalement mais la bouilloire fait disjoncter le secteur.
Cela sera peut être réparé pour les suivants.

APPARTAMENTO BUONO, ma alcune sono da migliorare!
Salve a tutti sono stato in questo appartamento in vacanza dal 6 al 13 agosto 2016 , eravamo un gruppo di 12 13 persone e necessitava un appartamento grande in occasione dei miei festeggiamenti Dei 50 anni E Barcellona come meta. Cerco di dimostrare più obiettività possibile nel giudizio in modo di essere di aiuto per altri . Inizialmente ero un po' preoccupato se la mia ricerca fosse stata buona e rispecchiasse le descrizioni Anche perché la metà dell'importo dovuto li avevo mandato tramite un bonifico bancario molti mesi prima, E per quanto sia vi era un po' di preoccupazione se poi la casa non rispecchiasse le qualità elencate! Ecco alcuni punti: 1) posizione BUONA si trova a cinque minuti a piedi da Plaza de Espana e due fermate di metro dalla RAMBLA . 2) la casa è grande 12 -13 persone ci stanno benissimo. Quattro camere da letto carine, è una bella cucina il pezzo forte dove ci sono tutti gli accessori . Due bagni sono un po' scadenti ma se uno non cerca il lusso allora può andare, l'appartamento si trova piano terra non ci sono cassaforti , E la porta a una serratura rotta . Un'altra cosa negativa sono i condizionatori Uno per ogni camera, Che dovrebbero essere ripuliti i filtri che sarà molto tempo che non si puliscono . 3) la proprietaria al vostro arrivo manda una persona che si preoccupa di prendere il resto dei soldi, la tassa di soggiorno e la tassa di pulizia della casa. 4) su questo punto vi è un giudizio negativo la casa era molto impolverata E all'arrivo l'abbiamo NOI DATA una pulita!! e comunque durante il soggiorno non è venuto nessuno a pulirla e Francancamente I 60 €uro sono troppi su un servizio Inefficiente, E comunque alla fine Del soggiorno e normale che vengono fatte le pulizie per coloro che dovranno venire dopo E non dovrebbe certo pagarlo l'affittuario oltretutto c'erano Pochissimi asciugamani E se dopo un paio di giorni non mandavamo un messaggio o cerchevamo di contattare telefonicamente la persona delegata nemmeno le mandavano , oltretutto ci hanno dato due mazzi di chiavi per 12 -13 persone. nonostante queste vicissitudini siamo stati benissimo Per la posizione della casa , punto nevralgico per le nostre escursioni.5) Avevo ricercato molte case ma nel complesso rispetto anche al prezzo di altri appartamenti in quel periodo a Barcellona è rapportato qualità prezzo va bene , abbiamo trascorso una bella vacanza e con la festa finale per i miei 50 anni al ristorante la barca del Salamanca.tutto ok

Sono stato in vacanza in questa casa dal sei al 13 agosto 2016 con familiari e amici per festeggiare i miei 50 anni., io scelto Barcellona come meta naturalmente avevamo bisogno di una casa grande, all'inizio ero un po' preoccupato se la mia scelta fosse stata buona dal momento che dovevamo stare molte persone 12-13 .

TOUT COMME PREVU
L'accueil a été impeccable, avec un des gestionnaires de l'appartement, très sympathique, nous indiquant quelques adresses alentours.
Seul bémol, éviter l'arnaque du restaurant de tapas qu'il vous indique : Brasería Cañota. gambas et tapas surgelées hors de prix... il y a vraiment mieux à Barcelone.
L'appartement est idéalement situé.
A coté du métro. (5-10 minutes de marche depuis Plaça Espanya).
Spacieux avec 4 chambres dont 3 lit doubles et 2 lits simples.
Plus 2 canapé lits.
Il parait plus grand que sur les photos.
La terrasse semble en revanche plus petite. Mais elle très agréable. Attention au bruit avec les voisins...
La transaction s'est parfaitement déroulé, virement en amont, puis paiement du restant du à l'arrivée.
Une bonne adresse à recommander si vous êtes nombreux.

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cet appt à 4 couples. Il est très spacieux et très bien situé - métro à qq minutes !
Accueil sympathique et de bon conseil !
Photos conformes !
Seuls inconvénients : l'humidité stagnante dans les pièces d'eau et le bruit de passage des voisins dans le couloir... mais ce n'est pas très important !

Appartement très agréable,propre et très spacieux .Nous étions 8 et c'était parfait avec 4 chambres et 2 salle de bain.Mise à disposition de produits à notre arrivée:eau,lait,jus de fruit,fruits,...petite terrasse très agréable,ensoleillée pour déjeuner le matin.
Appartement très bien desservi par le métro.
A 5-10 mn à pied de la placa espanya où se trouve un arrêt pour l'aérobus(qui fait le transfert vers l'aéroport).
Supérettes,boulangerie,restaurants et bar à tapas très sympas à proximité à pied.Ne pas hésiter à aller dans les rues parallèles.
Nous le recommandons sans problèmes.

Very enjoyable stay
Stayed for a week in April. Accommodation was very spacious, plenty of room for a family and then a few others. Apartment is well furnished and a good distance from the city centre yet still far enough away not to be too noisy. Welcome pack and general guidance for our trip was very much appreciated.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement une semaine début juin. L'accueil a été très chaleureux (panier de bienvenue, conseils sur des bonnes adresses, sur la ville). L'appartement est très fonctionnel, il ne manque rien, très bien aménagé, nous étions 12 et chacun avait son espace. La terrasse est très agréable également par ce temps. Nous espérons pouvoir y retourner car nous en sommes vraiment satisfaits !!!

"The apartment is very nice, clean, quiet and well appointed. We were 8 persons, it''s very large. Near to the center, very convenient transport (underground) and shops. The intermediary was very nice, we were also allowed to leave our suitcases in another place before departure, but has only partially solved a problem we had: when we arrived the fridge was not working and it was locked again after three days."
