very picturesque place, really nice views and friendly owner/staff!

Everything about this stay was perfect. The location, view, breakfast, the room, bathroom and David was just super friendly host and gave recommendations about places to visit.

Sea front location and balcony - perfect. Close to bars and resteraunts. Loads of places to explore and Torquay just round the corner.

Definitely recommend to stay! David was a wonderful host. Beautiful house decor and lovely atmosphere. The bed was comfy and the room nice and clean. Hoping to visit again!

Nothing to complaint

The location was fine. Fresh milk available for tea etc.

The car parking, no local street spaces and had to park some distance from the establishment, local municipal car park very expensive for overnight parking.. Unfortunately the the lower floor of the accommodation had an unpleasant smell which fortunately did not permeate upstairs. Minute bathroom.

View from my balcony window was exceptional. Lovely room. Wonderful breakfast. Staff attentive & friendly.

Felt the term ‘deluxe’ as advertised is misleading. Room 5 quite small. shower and toilet in a very cramped space.

David was so helpful and friendly and gave us recommendations upon our arrival. The rooms are decorated well and the place is spotless. The view from our balcony was amazing and breakfast was awesome and he pretty much cooked whatever type of breakfast you asked for. Tea, coffee, cereal, fruit and yoghurt were also available. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area. The bed was super comfy and the room nice and spacious. We had a shower room across the hall which was just ours and robes were even provided which was a nice touch.

Parking is very difficult on any of the streets nearby. There's a pay and display car park at the rear, which we paid for a few hours. Then moved the car along the street and left it there for the remainder of our time there.

David is a great host. the sea view was lovely it was the test we needed. Great little touches are what makes a good stay and the Headland view certainly has them.

The View is Stunning and the balcony in the bedroom we had meant you could really make the most of it.

David was an absolutely amazing host nothing was too much trouble,the room was very clean and comfortable with a stunning view and the breakfast was lovely.

Separate bathroom wasn't a huge problem but we were concerned about making noise, if we needed toilet in the night the doors would often make a noise. However bathroom was fully private and we understand in these old buildings it cant be helped. Some of the decor and cleanliness looked like it needed a bit of attention Room was a little small for us but had lots of storage

We stayed here for a nice little holiday along the English Riviera and fancied going to a cute little B&B, which Headland View both fulfilled and exceeded for our holiday. Rooms were nice and spacious, beds were very comfortable, the place was always clean, the breakfast was very good (both cooked and uncooked ones) and the staff and owner were lovely and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Not so much as a dislike, but I would recommend renting a balcony/sea view room next time round as the view of the Babbacombe Downs, cliffs and beaches are fantastic when the sun is shining and the skies are clear

The room we had had a beautiful sea view and a lovely balcony we couldn’t ask for more definitely booking again
