Una hermosa casa de dos dormitorios situada en la impresionante aldea de Pissouri completa con su propia piscina privada.
Situado en un entorno tranquilo a solo cinco minutos de la plaza Pissouri.
Entrar en la puerta de entrada te lleva a la sala de estar y la escalera que te lleva al primer piso donde hay vistas de las montañas. Al lado de la puerta de entrada está la sala de estar con aseo y lavabo.
El salón tiene un cómodo sofá de dos y tres personas, aparador, TV, DVD y caja de televisión Android. Además de esto, tiene aire acondicionado y hay una puerta que se abre a un patio que da al jardín delantero y piscina privada.
En el comedor hay una mesa de comedor con seis sillas.
La zona de salón continúa en una cocina de planta abierta totalmente equipada y de buen tamaño con cocina, vitrocerámica, nevera-congelador, lavadora, lavavajillas y todas las comodidades modernas. Hay una puerta trasera que conduce a un área de estacionamiento privado para dos autos.
Las habitaciones de arriba están en suite. Una habitación tiene dos camas individuales y una doble. El dormitorio principal tiene armarios empotrados con mesitas de noche y lámparas. Además de esto, hay una cómoda con una silla y un espejo. Además de esto, el dormitorio principal, que tiene aire acondicionado y tiene una puerta de patio que da a un balcón con vistas a las montañas. Esta habitación también tiene una cabina de ducha con inodoro y lavabo.
El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales, dos armarios empotrados dobles con mucho espacio para colgar, mesitas de noche, tocador y un espejo, una vez más, como en el otro dormitorio, tiene aire acondicionado. La habitación doble tiene una cabina de ducha, lavabo e inodoro.
El jardín exterior, el patio y la piscina privada tienen una mesa con cuatro sillas y una ducha exterior.
Hay estacionamiento fuera de la parte delantera y trasera de la casa y, además, hay más estacionamiento si es necesario cerca de la carretera principal.
La casa se encuentra a poca distancia de la hermosa localidad de Pissouri con sus impresionantes vistas y su estilo de vida chipriota. Diez minutos en coche, situado debajo de la aldea es la impresionante bahía de Pissouri. La localidad de Pissorui está a menos de 30 minutos en coche del aeropuerto de Paphos y a 30 minutos en coche de la maravillosa ciudad de Limassol. Otras atracciones como la montaña Troodos se encuentran a 45 minutos en coche.
Pissouri es un pueblo pequeño y acogedor que cuenta con muchos restaurantes, bares, cafeterías, tiendas y tiene todos los servicios, como bancos, supermercados y farmacias.
Se permite fumar fuera de la propiedad.

Great place to stay with so many extras provided. We booked the villa and couldn’t of asked for a better location for the wedding venue. Svetlana was always a message away and responded immediately.

With the weather not being the best this week I spent a lot of time in the villa. Loved the villa, good outside pool area which is a lot bigger than it looks in the photos, walking in through the front door into the open plan living area was great. TV was perfect with android box, and comfy sofas, supplies of washing up products etc all there and ready to go, up the stairs are the two bedrooms both with ensuites with showers, loads of cupboard space in both rooms and a comfy bed! The balcony in the master bedroom looked out perfect onto the sunset. The host was so welcoming and helpful too, seen a review saying they had issues with the pool. Personally I had no problem, pool and surrounding area was perfectly clean and was cleaned by the very friendly pool guy at least twice during the week(May have been more). Pool area gets the sun all day which is perfect for those seeking a suntan,. Size of the villa would be perfect for a small family,. This part of the village is very nice and peaceful with no traffic passing the villa, but still possible to walk down to the village square if you needed to. Will definitely be back! Thank you!

Fantastic Stay!
With the weather not being the best this week I spent a lot of time in the villa. Loved the villa, good outside pool area which is a lot bigger than it looks in the photos, walking in through the front door into the open plan living area was great. TV was perfect with android box, and comfy sofas, supplies of washing up products etc all there and ready to go, up the stairs are the two bedrooms both with ensuites with showers, loads of cupboard space in both rooms and a comfy bed! The balcony in the master bedroom looked out perfect onto the sunset. The host was so welcoming and helpful too, seen a review saying they had issues with the pool. Personally I had no problem, pool and surrounding area was perfectly clean and was cleaned by the very friendly pool guy at least twice during the week(May have been more). Pool area gets the sun all day which is perfect for those seeking a suntan,. Size of the villa would be perfect for a small family,. This part of the village is very nice and peaceful with no traffic passing the villa, but still possible to walk down to the village square if you needed to. Will definitely be back! Thank you!

Nice Holiday in a nice Home!!
The villa was welcoming and comfortable.We really enjoyed our time in the villa " Sunrise" A real home from home.There was three generations staying and it is suited us all.The pool is just right for a family to chill and have some fun.
Perfect location for village square which has a choice of restaurants.
Spezial Thanks to Svetlana for the use of the villa.
We hope to return soon.

We will start with the pool, when we arrived it looked as if there was an oil slick in the pool, this had not been dealt with before we arrived, we were told by the owner that the pool man would be in the Next day (Saturday) to sort it out, by Monday no one had arrived, so we contacted the owner again, she sent out another cleaner to fix it, the whole cleaning problem took until Wednesday to fix, 5days into our holiday without a pool, one of the reasons for having the house was the pool, the owner did give us a derisory amount of €50 For the inconvenience.
There was no information booklet in the property, so we contacted the owner, regarding where to put our rubbish for collection, she did not know, there was also a shortage of cooking utensils, and no grill pan for the cooker, no shelves in the en-suite for putting, shower, gel soaps etc, the hover had one of its pipes missing,we booked the property because on your website it showed one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, in the twin room the beds had been tied together and the gap between the beds had been stuffed with cushions and blankets, when we approached the owner about this she said the the previous occupants wanted a double bed, again this should have been put back to its original twin before we arrived.
We think that the owner should perhaps give a little more thought, about these things before renting out her property. How photos can be misleading on the Website, we won’t be using this site again.
