Un apartamento de estilo de almacén de 3 niveles meticulosamente renovado, anteriormente una subestación Hydro construida en la década de 1950, y en su nueva vida de 2017 es una residencia de la ciudad de alta gama, hábilmente convertida. Overall a good property but some the amenities like the bathrooms could be better designed. The upper room shower needed a shower screen as water goes everywhere and you need towels to clean it up every time you shower. The water pressure was very ordinary. When you pay good money for accommodation you expect things to work and a good shower is one of them.
On the positive side the beds were very comfortable and the rooms are big. Location was great and in a good area of the city.

The location was prefect. Easy walking distance to down town Hobart and waterfront. The apartment was well equipped for our needs. Clean and spacious. Wouldn't recommend for unfit elderly or small children. There are alot of stairs. Thank you we enjoyed our stay immensely.

Ideal property for a 2 couple stays, plenty of space. Great location being walking distance to the waterfront and the CBD. The heating system was adequate but may need adjusting for mid-winter stays. A separate washer and dryer would be the only other suggestion.

Loved our second stay at the apartment .
Well equipped . Lovely as always comfortable beds. Spacious .
Unfortunately only slight problem is upstairs shower has no glass or curtain and subsequently runs all over the floor. No drain either for water to escape .
Also I recommend you bring a speaker for listening to music .
You can only listen to music by using Spotify on the TV .
Otherwise all great we will be back again .

Great space - perfect for our family getaway
We really enjoyed the large area over three levels which was perfect for travelling with our teenage kids. Plenty of space and easy access to the Princess Theatre and wharf area.

A genuine warehouse experience. Tons of space for one or two couples. Lots of light and a charismatic feel. Handy spot within a walk to everything.

Fabulous flat
This flat is one of the most beautiful and best appointed places we’ve stayed in. And a lot of care was put into prepping it for a wonderful stay.
The kitchen was a pleasure to cook meals in, with all the utensils and appliances we wanted. The living/dining room was the perfect place to gather before our Hobart adventures or at the end of the day. And both bedrooms and their bathrooms were private and spacious. The location was great for exploring Hobart, and was quiet even with the windows open.
We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends.

Hobart Centre holiday
Excellent location - walking distance to docks, eating places, CBD, parks, tour pick up and Salamanca Markets.
Spacious unit on 3 levels so a few stairs to climb which were fine for us. Unit really well presented and Netflix was a bonus.
A full length mirror in bedroom could be a good addition.

Great Place to Stay in Hobart!!
This is a beautiful apartment with plenty of room! We were two couples traveling together from the U.S.. The apartment has four levels...the basement/garage level for parking, the first floor (where there is a bedroom, full bath, patio and laundry,) a second floor (housing a full kitchen and greatroom) and a third floor (housing a bedroom with full bath and a deck.). There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out!
The apartment was in a good location, next to the University of Tasmania, and within walking distance of many restaurants and bars. We enjoyed dining down at the wharf and felt quite safe walking around in the area. We went on a great day tour of the Tasman Peninsula, which included a spectacular cruise as well as a visit to the Tasmanian Devil UnZoo, where we fed kangaroos, birds, Wallabies and other wildlife...all coordinated through a tour agency at the wharf.
The communications regarding the rental were good and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Hobart and Tasmania!!

Excellent Location, Spacious, Comfortable, Modern apartment.
My husband and I stayed here for a week with my parents and our 2 children (4 & 1). The place was modern, clean, comfortable and very spacious. We initially thought the stairs may be an issue but didnt turn out to be an problem at all. Complimentry toiletries etc a big plus and great products.
Excellent location, walking distance to most things in Hobart, 5 mins to constitution dock, 15 mins to Salamanca place. Easy to get to in the car as well.
Matt was fantastic, answering any questions, very accomodating. Booking and check in/ out very easy.
Would definately stay again if visiting Hobart and would recommend to anyone visiting.

Great contemporary apartment in quiet area close to the harbour area
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this funky, modern unit. The living areas, bedrooms and bathrooms are huge in size giving the whole place a most spacious feel. Lock up double garage was a bonus. The apartment is on a quiet street amongst other similar apartments and a quick stroll to the wharf area. There are only 3 units in the complex which gives a private feel with zero interruption from the quiet neighbours. Would easily stay here again.

Funky and spacious apartment close to everything in Hobart
Awesome, spacious apartment with loads of light, great heating and full kitchen facilities. Really comfy, modern apartment.
Note - 2 BR’s but sleeps up to 6 so if more than 4 you will be sharing a room on a sofa bed!
Secure car parking for 2 cars.
