The property was in great shape and very clean. It was in a good location 25 minutes from the airport in Malaga and only 10 - 15 minutes to Marbella. We loved the ability and ease to get to both cities. Our favorite part of the property was the citrus grove in the sideyard. Picking lemons, limes, grapefruits, and oranges from the trees and making freshly squeezed juice was an unexpected experience that enhanced the stay. During two days of our vacation, we had a chef service come in to cook for the family and the food was amazing for both meals. We were extremely comfortable our entire stay and had a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend this property. The ownership, staff, and concierge service were all great to work with.

To celebrate my husband’s 45th, we invited friends and family from around the globe to join us for a week. All 9 of us were blown away by the house, service and overall experience! The home was beautiful even more so than the pictures, if that’s possible. The grounds are significant and the pool was amazing! We thought the night temperature was too cold for the pool but changed our minds once we arrived. Linda was great and accommodated us by allowing us to choose the heated pool option for the week. We enjoyed the pool every night, it was so nice. Some of our friends compared the home’s location to that similar to Hollywood Hills. Also, you can’t beat the views of the sea. Great location to many destinations such as Malaga, Ronda, Granada and Marbella. Had a catered private dinner one night and the house had all the dinnerware necessary. We hope to stay again very soon. We had to reach out to Linda and Victoria a few times about questions and they responded immediately. If you are wondering if this is the place for you, trust me, just do it! You won’t be disappointed.

We have just returned from a late October holiday at this amazing villa.I rarely write reviews (positive or negative) of services which we have used but I feel compelled to do so on this occasion –to share our excellent experience with others.I will try and highlight what we enjoyed most and important issues for prospective guests. The photographs provide an accurate feel of the villa.If anything they do not fully capture the quality and range of the facilities.How often is one disappointed with the reality when relying on photos.This is not the case with this villa-it is as good(better!) than the photos suggest. The amenities provided are extensive and of excellent quality.A proper cinema room ,a gym/exercise room of professional quality.Sonos,Netflix,cable TV,table tennis,pool table etc.The biggest barbecue that I have used.Multiple locations to sit/eat to chase or retreat from the sun.Everything in first class order ,immaculately clean.Tidy well maintained gardens.Excellent security arrangements.The villa does not feel like a rental property but rather someone’s home(which it is!) We appreciated the handbook /guide provided by the owners.It contained all the practical stuff that you need when arriving at a strange new house but much,much more.Restaurant suggestions(which were accurate).Emergency contacts(which we did not need).Things to do in the Marbella area.Taxi numbers etc We paid extra for heating of the pool and although the temperature was above average for late October this was an excellent investment.I would recommend this except for summer. Finally ,the hosts were very responsive prior to booking and during our stay. A cot and kids dining chair provided at short notice.Trivial communications answered speedily.Their attention to detail and pride in their house/home contributed to our wonderful holiday.

We were a three generation family staying for ten days in the villa. The house is really wonderful and well designed both indoor and outdoor including the gym, pool table, swimming pool and a beautiful garden area. The owner was always very responsive and supportive whenever we had a question. Cleaning twice a week was also very much appreciated. We were extremely satisfied. and had a wonderful stay. Bertil

I booked this property for a family break for 10 people including 4 teenagers and my Mum and Dad (in their 80s). This is an exceptional villa. Firstly, there is plenty of space. The bedrooms are large and well air conditioned. They all have bathrooms attached. There is plenty of room and seating areas for people to disappear into if they want a break from each other. The pool is salt (not chlorine) and as a result is much better to spend a lot of time in. There's loads of room in the pool and around it to relax. The house is superbly well equipped. It genuinely feels like someone's home that you're living in - and as a result has some excellent touches (Sonos speakers, PS4 etc, etc). There are games to get stuck into in the evening and the seating areas for eating are excellent. Cooking facilities are great including a MASSIVE BBQ - which got plenty of use during our stay. Beaches nearby are busy, but very nice - better to get there early in the morning than late. My only comment would be that there isn't really anywhere to walk out to in the evenings (restaurants / bars etc). Everywhere is manageable in a taxi or through driving - but there isn't anywhere to stroll out to after dinner. Nearby restaurants are very good though. If you're looking for somewhere in the 'action' of Marbella - this is more of a luxury retreat where you can just wile away the hours. We loved it - and there's plenty to see and do from a sightseeing perspective (Ronda, Gibralter, Granada) if you don't mind jumping in a car. Overall an absolutely first rate villa. The owners are excellent from a communication perspective and the local agent is very good. Highly recommend for a large family group......no-one was murdered.......always a risk on a family holiday!

We had a 5 day break at this lovely villa. It is beautifully decorated in a Moorish style. There are many inside and outside areas to relax in. The view from the master bedroom is spectacular, just lovely to wake up to every morning. We would definitely return if staying locally again

Rented this beautiful villa with a group of old friends for 4 nights, it catered for all our needs with many varied entertainment areas, very comfortable bedrooms, great pool temperature and all the facilities a group of lads need to have a bit of fun on holiday.

Las Terrazas is a beautiful villa that is spacious and comfortable with lots of amenities to keep everyone busy. Lots of care and attention to detail. Well stocked kitchen and supplies. The heated pool and outdoor area was absolutely amazing Communication with host was excellent. I would thoroughly recommend Las Terrazas.

we have been extremely enchanted about the delicacy of architecture, extreme finishings and great facilities, as well as the stunning view, the quiteness, a true 6star experience. Moreover, Linda, the landlord, grand style and very helpful, very to the point and practical, all services well arranged. Vaut le voyage according to the Michel stars !

It is a terrific location. The house offers everything you can dream of. The area Las Chapas is one if the best surroundings in Marbella. We stayed there with our family consisting of 8 persons The host takes perfectly care of you without being to close. But if you need help, they care. We all had a wonderful time and can absolutely recommend this Villa.

The owner very responsive + connected us with a local concierge who I would highly recommend. my only negative is that guess bedrooms are on lower level so windows and light is limited. Also had some issues with septic while there. Nonetheless would stay there again! Two thumbs up!!

We had the best family holiday in this villa in May half term. The pictures do not lie and the house exceeds itself with a lovely homely feel. We paid extra to have the pool heated so it was perfect for the kids to spend hours swimming. I would definitely do this again. The villa comes with lots of information about the surrounding area with recommendations on days out and restaurants of which we tried 3 restaurants all outstanding and 2 trips out which left us all feeling how much we want to go back. The villa itself is fully equipped with all you need and lots to do, table tennis, pool table, gym, cinema room and the kids loved exploring the gardens (which are immaculate) and gorgeous fruit trees. The owner was very accommodating giving us a slightly later check out and a cleaner came in half way through the week. Perfect stay overall!

This villa was perfect in every way! The setting was simply gorgeous, the villa and grounds were very pretty, the surrounding area and location was very nice, and the view was spectacular. Our family of 6 found this such a comfortable home away from home, and it was so nice to be able to come in after a day of touring and have a place that felt like home and somewhere we could spread out a bit and have a chance to relax. The villa was well equipped, very clean, and the beds were comfortable. We feel very fortunate to have been able to stay here and I highly recommend it! The location was perfect as well, because we were able to visit and see a lot of the southern part of Spain from this location. We visited Granada, Ronda, Jerez, Gibraltar, Seville, Old Marbella, Peurto Banas, and even took a ferry trip to Tangiers. Since we had a rental car we did all the driving ourselves except to Seville we had a tour guide pick us up and take us . This was our best vacation ever and it had a lot to do with having this villa as our home base and being able to settle in one place and do the day trips. If we had it to do over we would not change a thing! Thank you Linda for renting your beautiful villa to us and making our vacation remarkable!

We traveled to Marbella in late March which turned out to be ideal from an easy to get around, low crowd aspect. The family had a simply marvelous time at this outstanding Las Terrazas villa! There were so many elegant touches, thoughtful design and attention to details that made our stay comfortable and memorable. The downstairs suites were beautifully appointed and had en suite bathrooms for a luxury touch. The WiFi was very good as we were able to work from any spot in the house. However, we didn’t spend too much time working! We travelled using your extensive guide, ate in the restaurants, shopped in the grocery stores, and saw the sites around Las Terrazas and even into Malaga. Las Terrazas is conveniently located making day trips out of Malaga, Ronda and even a jaunt down to Gibralter. What an asset your guide is, for anyone spending time in the Costa del Sol, truly valuable. Grocery shopping in the area was interesting and rewarding as we gathered items to make several dinnertime meals which we enjoyed at the lovely dining room table. All the other meals and snacks were around the tiled kitchen table which made the buffet style presentations perfect. The amenities such as the Media room, Exercise room and outside patios gave us so many places to have a snack, a glass of Rioja or just conversation. Our family was fortunate to be at Las Terrazas and the Owners were wonderful to work with, answering our questions. We want to thank John and Linda for their hospitality, kindness and gracious sharing of what we know, is a very loved villa, in the most beautiful site on the Costa del Sol. Claudio & Rosemary Vigil
