Esta casa de vacaciones de 5 dormitorios se encuentra en el Sea Pines Resort, a solo 3/4 de milla del famoso Salty Dog Café (a 5 minutos en bicicleta). The house was wonderful for our group of 12! The kids loved the bunk room & the adults loved the kitchen. It was so well equipped with kitchen items and the kids loved the pool toys that were left behind. The owner was so responsive to any questions we had. The ice machine didn’t work but that was easy to remedy. A wonderful home, & very responsive owners.

The house is perfect for family gathering plenty of space to be together but room enough to get away. The pool is wonderful especially when Mother Nature made beach difficult! The grandkids spent hours n the pool! House had everything you need! Love the labels on light switches’ your sharing of beach wagons, chairs was a real bonus!
Could use more recycling capacity or midweek pickup love the ability to recycle!

Beautifully remodeled home with giant kitchen and screened in porch with a heated pool. The whole family really enjoyed our stay. Short walking distance to the beach and Salty Dogs. The bike/walking path is right off the house so you can quickly hop on. As it’s lower down on the South side the beach wasn’t crowded at all in the beginning of June. The host was incredible and easy to communicate with. We would stay here again.

Great house, kitchen well stocked, had garbage bags, plastic wrap, dryer sheets etc. much more than in other rentals we stayed in. The pool was the best part! Everyone spent most of their time in the pool area. Kids got to go swimming the one day it poured out! We loved that it was screened in! And it’s a short walk to the beach! Two things I would recommend, is larger outside garbage cans and pool/beach towels. It’s a pain having to bring towels for the pool/beach with us! (I know lots of rentals don’t supply them!). We would definitely stay here again!

This is our 4th year of renting this house for a week or more. We have loved it every time. John and Marci are always super prompt with issues and questions. They seem to make the right additions and changes every year because it just gets better and better. Can’t wait to return next year.

The house is absolutely beautiful and perfect for our stay with 8 adults and 3 kids. Enough room to find quiet spaces. We cooked dinner every night and the kitchen is well stocked. Having the pool was great for the kids. The house is a short walk to the beach but very accessible. It was a great week.

Beautifully remodeled & fit our needs/wants perfectly. The kitchen & grill were used for over 75% of our meals. Why go out? The house made meal prep EASY! We would make the short walk to the beach, then into pool! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!!!

The house was wonderful and very inviting. Plenty of space for everyone to allow you to walk away from any family drama. Nice location with a very short walk to the beach and a quick drive to anywhere on the island. Owners were quick to respond to any text and offered suggestions when asked.

From the start the everything was great in communication with owner and the stay. Everything as advertised. No issues, clean, and even had more to offer than we could have imagined. A great house that had access to a great beach. We enjoyed the kitchen especially. The kids loved the bike trails. Salty Dog is less than 1/2 mile so quick on a bike. Certainly we would love to stay here again.

Our family of ten enjoyed this spacious home located in the Sea Pines community of Hilton Head. We were very happy that the owner emailed us our day of arrival to let us know that the home was ready and we could check in several hours earlier than was promised. The owner provided detailed instructions of the home and surrounding community that was very helpful. When we did have an issue with the refrigerator not working properly, the owner contacted a repairman immediately and the problem was resolved in a timely manner. For the most part, we were very happy with the house and property. The pool was very cold even though it was mid August. We would recommend that the pool temperature monitoring system be serviced because it felt much colder than the app which stated it was 82 degrees.

The home is beautiful, however cleanliness was an issue in main living areas. We had to run the sweeper as soon as we arrived. Bathrooms were clean. The pool is terrific. . .our grand kids loved it, along with the bunk bed room! So nice to have magnifying make up mirrors in primary suite bathroom. It would have been nice to have a full length mirror, though. It was not as close to the beach as I had hoped. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Always amazing
This is the third time we have stayed in this property and it has been amazing every time. We already booked for next year. Marci communicates about special things, like the July 4th flyovers, and is always prompt to respond. Kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable, and the kids love the pool. Always an amazing time and looking forward to next year.

Great stay at Sea PINES
Our extended family of 12 had a great time in Hilton Head. The home was perfect for our group and was in a wonderful location just a short stroll away from the ocean. We especially liked the beautiful kitchen and living area. All the bedrooms were well appointed with separate bathrooms. We would choose this home again.

Very Nice
It was a great house for a large family, which we had. Kitchen and living area were great for our group. Beach access was close. Crossing the road to get to the beach took a bit. There was a lot more traffic coming and going from South Beach than we expected.
The property managers were great. Any messages sent were promptly responded to.
Everyone in our group liked their rooms. Beds were comfy.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Pool inside screened in porch was amazing
We would definitely choose to stay in this house again. One of the primary reasons is the pool that is inside a screened in porch. One or two of the days when the weather forecast was not good, it didn’t slow us down because we were able to swim in the pool. The basketball goal in the pool is great for competitors of all ages! The large island in the kitchen is a dream and the open floor plan worked well for us. The owner was very responsive to any of our needs. A+

We enjoyed our stay at 1 Bald Eagle. Our family consists of our 2 children and their families! Marci was a very gracious host. The house was beautiful with all of the recent well planned renovations. The open floor plan was perfect for our large family.
