Good hotel, with alle facilities you need. Staff is great.

Breakfast is purely aimed at Indian guest. No international breakfast.

The extra hotel facilities were good - gym, games, garden. The venue for restaurant was nice. Once we got cleaner rooms, it was good stay

The rooms we were given were very dirty, mouldy, taps and bidets were leaking in bathrooms, no hot water in one of the rooms and wifi did not reach rooms. There was nothing the staff could do until the day after so our first night was not a good experience at all.

It was all good.

Unfortunately, ac in one room wasn't working at night.

Hotel design is good.

Provided room is not plan for 3+1 people as booked. No cleaning. No stable wifi available in the room (room 402). All request to staff need to repeat several times, including obvious things like to give daily water and bathing supplies.

The landscaping and exterior of the property is nice and relaxing. The breakfast buffet was good

But the property is very small. There is no area for morning walk etc. there are lots of steps in the property which is cumbersome for elderly ( I had my aunt and mum with me ) The gym and in door game area were cramped and didn’t have ball etc. the staff said they didn’t have spare ball for TT table. The staff at the reception was very rude and unwelcoming. We booked dinner buffet also along with our booking after seeing few good reviews of the same. But the dinner was basic stuff suited for north Indian vegetarians! Not many options for non vegetarians They didnt have accommodation for drivers which is a set back because we all travel long distances and the drivers needs good rest too. It will be good if they looked into this too in the future Hotel stay is expensive I would rate it a 3 star because the rooms are very small with just basic facilities The towels and toilet accessories were not kept ready. There is no separate plug point for the kettle. The cloth cupboard was too small
