Great view and loved the private and calm beach. Pool was also great. Gated area so it felt secure.

Kitchen wasn’t clean and we had to dishwash everything before using. The furniture on the balcony could have been better, also since it’s an apartment for four people but only had 3 chairs. Some small adjustments would have given an even better stay, but the location was really amazing!

Location is A+ Almost private beach (with beds, wicker parasols) just outside, swimming pool is nice and clean. Beach cleaned from weeds daily. Really, really pleasant. Aircos in bedrooms (main room can be cooled by keeping front- and balcony doors open). Water dispenser and well working fridge, microwave, seaside balcony.

The condo is not very clean or well attended. It definitely could use a paint job, fixing/removing loose wires, bathroom/kitchen renovation. Not many restaurants close (the ones at the nearby hotel are only for hotel guests)

the condo is right next to the beach. The staff are all very nice and helpful. The layout of the condo is great and the pillows are comfortable.

The condo was very dirty. We had to clean the kitchen area and spent the whole vacation being grossed out by everything. The location is nice if you have a lot of plans for activities and it’s not far from the airport (40USD taxi ride), but there is only one large boulevard so there is no neighborhood life, no way to wander and have a coffe anywhere.

Perfect place in Cancun- Zona Hoteliera for perfect price. Private beach is under your room- balcony.

The bathroom towels were very small. The pots and pans were old and could be better.

AC only in bedrooms and freezer door wouldn’t shut properly so it iced up.

not their fault but the Jolly Roger dinner boats are noisy

Location is great! You will feel very safe and like home. Everyone was very welcome and polite. Waking up with that view will take your breath away. Hopefully we will return and stay there more days! Plus: You have everything you need around you, lots of water activities very close to this location (with walking distance), great place to eat good tacos, the ferry to isla mujeres right next door. Great place to stay if you have kids. Away from the wild party goers.

There is always room for improvement, but overall It’s a great place to stay!
