Complexul DOINA,din Neptun, întrunește conditii excelente pentru a petrece un sejur de neuitat, ce te determina sa revii cu incredere. Recomand tuturor ce doresc să-și petreacă o vacanță, sa meargă cu incredere la Hotelul Doina!

Ar trebui cu timpul, în funcție de investiții, sa se schimbe sau sa se gaseasca solutii pentru mobilier.

Basically, the room, the bed and the TV were much bigger than in the pictures, which was great. Also, my room was ready by 12 pm, so I could check upon my arrival, which I also wasn't expecting. The food was great (I had dinner and breakfast) and the staff was kind and helpful. No wonder the hotel is always fully booked :)

Hotel Doina in Neptun is also well known for the medical treatment and not only as accommodation. The hotel is situated near the railway stop and the bus station and in front of a small, quiet, commercial center named bazar. Neptun is full of greenery, the beach is not faraway and the two lakes, full of water lilies and swans, are just amazing.

A better organisation of the hotel and a better choice of the staff.

The hotel position is great if you want a quiet relaxing time. The hotel staff was great. Room cleaning was done daily. Treatment and spa facilities are a plus, and they give discounts for travelers that are staying also in the hotel. The room I stayed in had a renovated bathroom. Breakfast was a standard one, for me it was good.

The room furniture needs an update. The TV is using an analog connection to the wall. Some of the channels can't be seen because of the faulty connection. There is free wireless, but no internet on it.

The staff at the restaurant and the reception were really kind. The room had all the required facilities, good A/C, smart TV with wi-fi connection and a nice balcony.

Room cleaning was subpar and in a four nights stay they didn't changed the towels nor refreshed the cleaning products.

Weather was nice and in regards to the hotel, the reception facilities was poor in providing help.

During the whole stay the room was cleaned, however the beds where not changed for 5 days. As an advise, please ensure the room towels and beds need to be changed every 3 days max, as is 3 stars, not 1.
